Well kept, staff was friendly when we checked in at 9:45pm after 16 hrs of driving. Best shower I’ve seen to date! Nice full glass two person shower with excellent water pressure. Loly’s breakfast was next level!! There was normal stuff but she went extra with tortillas, beans, sausage/eggs and chorizo/eggs. Told her we were leaving back to Florida the next day and she made me a nice togo plate for the next morning. Loly was very friendly and helpful. Would suggest this hotel everyday for someone staying in Floresville.

Too if the line breakfast- Lolly does a phenomenal job with customer service always makes me feel welcome and appreciated.

Staff is incredible… specifically Chris Garcia and the breakfast with mostest provided by Lolly… she helps being away from home feel like home. I can not express strongly enough how much we appreciate her!!!! Give her a raise!!! 😉

Faith was so Amazing on the phone booking us a reservation Jessica was so helpful when we got here to check in and give us all of our information. Brenda was very kind once we got back in the evening and this morning Lolly breakfast was delicious! Thank you All!

Stayed in a room on second floor, which the room as okay when we arrived but left for a while. When we came back and room had a nasty smell that never went away, didn't ask for another room since it was around midnight and on the beds, you could feel the springs which made them uncomfortable. Staff was nice but not again will we stay at this location.

I travel for work a lot and i can say, I'm definitely seasoned in the hotel breakfast world...and i can easliy say this holiday inn hands down has the best breakfast I've ever had...the cook Lolly is something special...in quality, taste and definitely customer service...can I get a monthly rate please...I never want to leave...love you Lolly...keep doing exactly what u do

The hotel was nice and quiet, the room was perfect. Breakfast was well prepared and the variety was just right. Lolly was an excellent hostess and so friendly. She took pride in her job and it showed. We will definitely be back to this one!

When I walked in I was greeted by Ruben who was AMAZING!!! I booked a king but ended up bringing my niece and he switched my room out for a double on the first floor. The elevator was out so I really appreciated that gesture! The next morning I met Lolly!!! Lolly greeted me in the breakfast area. I initially was going to grab an apple and leave but she insisted I try the breakfast and I am so glad I did!!!! The food was delicious and Lolly’s kind and helpful demeanor made the experience better!

Great experience overall. The breakfast Saturday morning was phenomenal. Lolly did a fantastic job and that had to be one of the best hotel breakfast we’ve had. The room was great as well. No issues. Great customer service.

This hotel needs some attention. The best thing they have going for them is the Staff. Desk clerk was very helpful and the Cleaning Staff did an excellent job. ..and please thank Lolly for the wonderful breakfast and warm greeting every morning with a smile.

Most hotels have a okay Breakfast. Breakfast here was top notch. Lolly was a delight to talk to. Her cooking was phenomenal.

Our mornings were always something to look forward to, thanks to the amazing Lolly. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with the kindest smile and the warmest energy — the kind of person who instantly makes you feel at home.

But it didn’t stop there. Lolly went far above and beyond with breakfast every single day. Whether it was a perfectly brewed cup of coffee, a beautifully prepared plate, or just taking the time to chat and check in on us, she brought so much heart into everything she did. It was clear she genuinely cared, and it made all the difference.

Lolly is truly one of those rare gems who brightens your whole day. We can’t thank her enough and feel so lucky to have met her. She’s an absolute treasure!

Minus 1 star The elevator is broken and only 3rd floor rooms were available. Not ideal after a long drive. However, we were pleasantly surprised with breakfast and Lolly's wonderful service and perky attitude and sweet smile. I definitely recommend

I have had the pleasure of staying at this property 2 times and Lolly makes it her smile cooking and customer service is second to known you know your getting a great breakfast when Lolly is there true assets to the property
