Food is fine but no explanation why we need to leave the hot spring
Pros:

The food is good and nice variety

Cons:

We're in the hot spring and suddenly a staff came and told out to leave. We have no idea what's going on as the staff member was speaking to us in Japanese except all we know is to leave the hot spring. We didn't do anything that except being in the water itself. Not impressed!
