Great location and view from the 15th floor. Great service in general. Had some issues with the safe that were promptly handled. Breakfast is a buffet but very tasty. Minus point: no bathrobes or slippers in room. We will certainly go back!

We loved this hotel- it was clean, comfortable, safe and very close to several beautiful parks. The hosts at the front desk were kind and attentive and were able to help us with our requests and questions right away. We enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend it.

The staff was outstanding and the hotel is in excellent location. There were a few cosmetic issues with the room but nothing that affected our stay. Any thing we need help with staff was quick to resolve. The Breakfast was excellent and coffee was outstanding.

Overall a good stay.
Pros: excellent service, location, good breakfast, clean, comfortable beds, v good linen.
Cons: bathroom rather small, bad water pressure, can improve on ecofriendliness (towels were changed daily without request)

Nice accommodation

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was being painted so the space was not ideal but when I returned two weeks later at the end of my trip for a two day stay, it was all finished and look very nice. Rooms were super clean and I liked the Shampoo, etc. The rain shower head was fabulous.

We love the cozy feel of this remodeled boutique hotel in the lovely Recoleta neighborhood. Easy walk to the famous cemetery. Easy walk to restaurants. Great location and very helpful staff.

We loved this hotel. The location was beautiful, near parks and close to the Recoleta Cemetery. The room and beds were clean, new and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. Really great breakfast with fresh peaches and plums!

Some of the rooms need some maintenance.

This hotel is in a convenient location in a side street in La Recoleta. Our room was on the tenth floor and we found it quiet.
Our room was spacious.

Only couple of points which held me back from a higher rating. The decor is tired and our hot water was temperamental.
At the end of our stay, the hotel was much fuller. There is only a small breakfast area and not enough tables for everyone. We ended up having our breakfast sitting on a settee near the front door. Breakfast was buffet style and perfectly adequate.

We were here for 4 nights. Reading previous reviews, I can assure you, reception was fully staffed throughout our stay. Staff spoke English. They were very helpful, particularly Augustina.

The hotel was nice in a great area, the room was super big and very nice. The tv was a little bit small for the room tho, the breakfast was good every morning we took it! The staff were very friendly, they even sing happy birthday for my BF with a small cake!

Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful/excellent service. The hotel has a good location, easy to walk around and safe.
However, the property needs maintenance and improve a lot both in rooms and in restaurant, elevator, etc. The environment is dark and not at all cozy. Breakfast is of poor quality: the coffee tastes like chlorine and the food is not of good quality. No staff attention during breakfast
