Great location. Nice cosy hotel. Go for it.
Pros:

The cleanliness, the location, the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

1. The shower overflows in the bathroom, and I had to use my towels to swip and dry the floor.
2. The fact that breakfast was 25.-. because of Art Basel! Normally, it is for 19.- and it was not included in my reservation, even though I am a genius level 3.
I had just had a coffee and a croissant. 25.- is too much for so little....
3. The place to leave the suitcases was just a very small hole under the staircase, and no one was watching the belongings there. So theft could have been a problem. Most clients had left their belongings in the waiting area because the little space under the stairs was totally full.

Pros:

Ideale Lage am Messeplatz Basel, sowie gute Anbindung an die Straßenbahn. Auch gut, dass das Hotel eine Tiefgarage hat. Diese ist zwar relativ eng, aber man kommt gut zurecht.

Cons:

Verfügbarkeit an deutsch- oder englischsprachigen TV-Kanälen war gering.
