Atendimento de alguns funcionários da recepção e o sensor para abertura da porta do apartamento que os meus pais estavam não reconhecia a chave magnética, mesmo trocando a mesma várias vezes.

Me colocaram em um apto conjugado e dava pra ouvir o vizinho... reclamei e me colocaram no nono andar, carpete sujo no corredor e cheiro terrível de cigarro... O ar condicionado super barulhento. Tive que pedir papel higiênico pq a camareira não deixou e às 17h ainda não tinham limpado meu quarto...

Café da manhã muito gostoso. Ambiente super agradável. Atendentes super atenciosos. Recepção muito tranquila e educada. Limpeza do quarto excelente. Não tenho do que reclamar.

Cons:

Só achei que os banheiros poderiam ser renovados, mas são super limpos. No mais não tenho o que não gostar. Pois o hotel é super bem localizado, super limpos e muito organizado. Tem estacionamento, Muito bom.

Não voltaria comparando aos preços de outros hotéis e ao que esperava da franquia Golden Tulip em BSB.

Gostei muito da área da piscina, o sistema de aquecimento é ótimo, dos chuveiros e torneiras da pia do banheiro também.

Cons:

Cômodos muito simples, tudo extremamente antigo, parede do banheiro com a tinta já descascando. Pedi um roupão para mim e para meu noivo, como mostrava na foto da reserva que havia sobre a cama, e eles recusaram ofertar. Cama não tão confortável assim, pouco acolchoada.

Entrei no quarto parcialmete limpo - travesseiros sujos sendo um com batom e privada suja. Fiquei na recepção aguardando o quarto e a funcionária que me atendeu ficou de me sinalizar quando da liberação do quarto, o que não ocorreu - quando o Lucca chegou, liberou o quarto prontamente.
