A condensadora do ar-condicionado (split) é localizada ao lado da cama, no local onde estava instalado o ar-condicionado anterior (de caixa). O barulho incomoda demais e impede um sono contínuo. Tive que dormir com o ar-condicionado desligado.

Básico, confortável e numa região segura.
Pros:

O hotel é super bem localizado, numa região segura e bonita, com farmácia na esquina e vários restaurantes aos arredores. Caminhamos a noite, sem problema. A estrutura, apesar de antiga, é mto bem conservada e confortável. Café da manhã bem servido. Senti falta de opções sem glútem e sem lactose. Em geral, recomendo mto.

Cama confortável, a pressão da água do chuveiro

Cons:

O posicionamento do frigobar em uma posição que não favorece quem tem problemas nos joelhos ou coluna. Poderiam colocar o frigobar sobre a bancada próxima a pia , e ainda abriria espaço para colocar duas cadeiras na mesa da ante sala. O Restaurante do hotel demonstrou não estar preparado para atender presencialmente os hóspedes durante o jantar!
