Great staff!

It’s very nice property clean. I recommend.

Very friendly and helpful owners and staff. Good breakfast, comfy bed and nice hot shower. A little far out from downtown if you don’t have a car, but taxis were inexpensive and easy to get.

Gentillesse du propriétaire. Nous a accomodé pour notre arrivée avant l'heure prévue ainsi que garder nos bagages pour notre depart en soirée après l'heure de sortie. Propriétaire a même ete nous porter à notre excursion en ville. Rien de negatif sur cet emplacement. Déjeuner adéquat et chambre propre.

Gostei muito. Fui muito bem atendido pela própria família que administra o estabelecimento, que faz de tudo para te agradar e te ajudar.

Did not give me a refund despite the fact that the booking was made without my consent. This hotel has no honor or decency.

A parte de la limpieza de todo, la atención recibida por los dueños fue estupenda. Son muy serviciales y atentos a las necesidades de sus huéspedes. La vista desde nuestra habitación a la ciudad y el Canal Beagle muy bonita.

Estadia muito boa, sr. Antônio e esposa muito atenciosos . Hotelaria muito boa, super limpa. O local não é muito bom, distante do centro da cidade,porém tem condução em frente ao hotel. Custo benefício muito bom. Recomendo.

Comfortable stay with breakfast. Shampoo and conditioner available.Only distance from city centre is far, have to take a taxi back and forth.

The overall stay was great! Service, cleanliness and all but unfortunately it’s auite far from town which wasn’t bad for us as we love walking but you depend on taxis to come and go otherwise.

Foi muito boa a estadia, pessoal muito acolhedor e gentil. Gostei muito e ficaria lá de novo!

-weit weg vom Zentrum. In der Nähe keine Restaurants. Duschbrause mangelhaft. Reception nach 24:00 Uhr geschlossen, nur 1 Schlüssel für die Haupttüre vorhanden. WLAN funktioniert nur Teilweise und ist langsam.

-Ausflüge können im Hotel gebucht werden. Zimmer sauber.

当ホテルから徒歩でカルフールまで２５分、地元スーパー（ダウンタウン西端）へは３０分（タクシーは62.5ペソ）、桟橋（インフォメーション）は45分かかった。いずれも下りなので、帰りは上るので1，2割は時間がかかるか。ホテル前にバス停（B路線）があるが、SUBUカードを予め購入が必要。当地のキオスクでは購入できず、現金支払い不可なので結局ただ乗りになった。ホテルの外壁は紫色に変更。海側の部屋は3室ある。泊まった部屋は山側だが、増築中の建物が見えるだけで眺望は不可。部屋は小さい。ドアーはべニア板で塗装なく、椅子や物入れもすべて手作り製の感じ。窓の鍵は掛からず、半閉鎖状態。ドアーの鍵がおもちゃみたいな超簡単な物。冷蔵庫なし。シャワー室は小さくて、ビニールカーテンが体にひっつく。排水は極めて不良。WiFiは繋がり難く、スピードが遅いので使えず。朝食はアメリカンだが、ハムやチーズはない。リンゴなどの果物はある。カフェテリアに電子レンジがあるので、コップで水を温めてインスタントコーヒーなど飲める。
