Well located just opposite the bus station, we enjoyed comfortable quiet rooms that were very clean. The breakfast was very good. Despite having made a mistake with the date of arrival, we were accommodated with no extra cost involved. All in all an excellent stay! Highly recommend.

Room is clean, but the facility is old. I used car parking which costs 10SF/day. The hotel offers free therme entrance and Leukerbad pass. Breakfast is acceptable.

clean and well renovated hotel and restaurant.
the room, especially the bathroom, is smaller than the picture but clean and new as you can see in picture.
bottle of water and a small chocolate are available but no refrigerator.
no baths inside hotel but a 3-hours ticket for the Therme is included. we could enjoy it even after cheking-out.

The hotel is closed to the bus station and the leukerbad therme.

We stayed one night in their newly renovated junior suite on the 4th floor. It's beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and design and very comfortable beds in both rooms, The breakfast was plentiful, in particular the selection of cheeses, and the coffee very very good. We booked directly with them and it was one of the few times that booking direct was a benefit versus using a booking service. We used the complimentary passes to the Therme and this made the value significantly better than competing properties.

The only negative with our room was the door on the bathroom - it was a colored glass door with a design of plain glass down the middle of it. Unfortunately, the toilet was directly behind the door so anyone sitting or laying in the bed could see directly into the bathroom. Since this room is specifically designed for family use this seems to be a strange choice!

We highly recommend this hotel for its location and value - especially the renovated rooms.

Very convenient location and free pass to the very nice and nearby Burgerbad spa included. Room was clean and of decent quality, the staff were helpful and pleasant and the breakfast was very satisfactory making it very good value for money.

Drei Übernachtungen. Angenehmes, kompetentes Team. Äusserst gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Personale gentilissimo e accogliente. Camera piccola ma calda, accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort (quali televisione, phon). Pulitissima. Letto comodo. Struttura a due passi dalle terme. Possibilità di parcheggio coperto (pagamento extra comunque conveniente). Con il pernottamento in albergo hai ingressi gratis alle vicine terme e sconti sulle funivie. Colazione abbondante e ottima. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente.

As part of a group of 25, my family of 4 received impeccable service from the friendliest staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable with mountain views from every window. We had included breakfast and dinner with the hotel and we were always delighted by the quality of the meals. The children's menu was real food not just burgers and fries. The thermal spa is within sight of the front door as well as the bus station so finding your way around cannot be simpler. Very highly recommended for a week long retreat..

We visited the Heilquelle with our three children and met up with our extended family, 25 in all! This was an amazing week. We loved the rooms which were quaint and very clean with a fantastic view from all directions. The staff was very helpful, when I asked for an iron to fix our clothes, several staff members quickly helped me out. Our meals were included with the deal that we purchased and were absolutely delicious. Not only did the adults enjoy their meals but the many children involved were offered meals that they loved. They also got their meals quickly so that the young ones wouldn't fall apart. We were offered an array of meal choices from the area. The location is also incredibly convenient. They are across from the bus station and a few minute walk to the thermal baths. I would highly suggest visiting. Thank you for making us feel so at home!

Pleasant weekend in Leukerbad.
I stayed in a single room, clean, nice, bathroom quite small , but enough for me for one night. I was on the first floor, unfortunately bad heavy smell of sigaret on the corridor. :-(
Altogether I was satisfied , but the feeling was that the service offered could have been much better.
Few details which can make the difference: difficult to find a wall socket, funny old radio and clock old-fashion night table, the towels were so thins..worn out, well.. . it was a shame...
I was with my family and for the dinner we booked a table and 3 fondues chinoise for the night in the hotel restaurant. Delicious food, nice wine, nice service apart from the fact that the 3 fondues chinoise booked, arrived when the others had aready eaten....without any explication or apologize from the waitress or the owner....Also to add that my family comes to this hotel since ages...An excuse or gesture of goodwill , like a coffe offered, .would have been apprecieted. at least a word ..
However, the food was lovely :-) nothing to say about it!

The positionof the hotel is perfect: opposite to the bus station, post office, very close to the Baths , and closed to village center.

Das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich aufgestellt und hat mir sehr gefallen. Kam zu 100% auf meine Kosten.
