Amazing facilities, staff and amenities
This Shangri-La is one of my personal favourite, alot of changed but 2 things remains constant is how well and immaculate that the hotel has been maintained and also how the staff are still as outstanding in my memory from 6 years ago.
Lynn's team at the Horizon lounge has been brilliant. Cynthia Zeng (a familiar face), Foster Tan, Dania Sun, Elvis Chen and Kitty Wei impressed me very much despite their young age and I enjoyed the stay immensely.
Food prepared by Zhang Dan and Yang Shi Tong were so good that it's definitely one of the best spreads for breakfast and Happy Hour.
Thank you Shangri-La Shenyang! I look forward to my next visit.

it is clean and comfortable, the location is good enough and we have a room with good city view; the staff is very friendly and helpful.
the check in time is late about 4 pm; we arrived at 2:30pm; but they gave us 4 pm check our time after request .
Nice environment
I stayed five days at this hotel while on holiday in China with my family. It’s in a great location right in central Shenyang, very close to lots of fantastic shopping and sightseeing options, as well as the subway. We hardly bothered with the subway though because most places we wanted to visit seemed to be only 5-15 mins from the hotel via DiDi. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, without exception, and in particular I would like to call out Tony on bags and front door, and the very graceful Yulia with guest services for going above and beyond many times during our stay to ensure our family enjoyed our time in Shenyang as much as possible.
