Infelizmente o wi-fi é muito ruim, dentro do quarto você quase não usa, pois dificilmente pega no quarto. Eu tive que colocar crédito no celular várias vezes.

O hotel é uma graça em cada detalhe, o café da manhã é muito gostoso, tudo muito fresquinho. A piscina é sensacional, linda e com água bem morna, adequada para qualquer horário do dia. Todos os quartos possuem varanda com rede, uma detalhe que achei muito bom é que tem um varal no banheiro e um varal de chão na sacada, conseguindo assim secar as roupas de praia.

Cons:

Fiquei surpresa com uma taxa de serviço ao efetuar checkout (+de 10% do valor total da estadia), que não estava sinalizado em nenhum lugar. Mas foi informado que era opcional, mas fui tão pressionada a fazer qualquer tipo de "doação" para os funcionários que fiquei constrangida e fiz de um valor simbólico.

Nice hotel, ground floor rooms are to be renovated, kind staff, bit overpriced compared to other hotels in Itacare

Cons:

The room would need some renovation and a fresh paint, also it was not really clean
What is fully uncomfortable is that there is no normal, day-light curtain on the terrace door, so you are either in the dark with the night curtains closed or fully visible by other guests
If you choose a ground floor room, the towels are hard to be dried as the sun is not entering the room and the humidity will never be gone

Cons:

Foi repassada uma taxa de serviço extra no checkout que não estava prevista. Como não utilizamos serviços adicionais além da estadia (que já possui um valor considerável), e as taxas de bar já foram pagas separadamente, achei desnecessária a cobrança.
