Clean, great location and fantastic staff.
Pros:

Staff were very lovely and helpful. Location was 5 minutes from the beach and a seven eleven. Loads of restaurants and shops nearby.

Great place.
Pros:

Nice big room with a comfy bed and a balcony. Supaporn at the front desk may well be the kindest human there has ever been. So helpful and genuinely interested in your well being. Supaporn is a super star!

Wow!Let me start with complements to person choosing beds-best sleep in my 15 years travel to East Asia. Sooo comfy.Owners are such a nice people.Location is perfect , You can cut to beach in so many places so all the resorts taking beaches don’t matter.Very clean,perfect AC. Even when You ask no cleaning ,always fresh water and toilet paper at the door waiting.Amazing.Quiet at night ,can hear outside but minimal ,can’t hear neighbours.Never issues with water ,super good wi-fi.And again- owners are so sympathetic.Plenty restaurants around,plenty massage parlours-the good ones.Very safe,very clean.I had perfect stay there.If ever back to Samui I will stay there.Loved every minute.

Amazing welcome
Pros:

The Staff, including Suparapon And Juá were so helpful and welcoming. They assisted me to my room and accommodated my requests. The beds were HUMONGOUS.

Cons:

I simply cof have done with a spoon or a stirrer for my hot drinks! Very little to criticise negatively. The shower head was far too low for me, being 6' 3". But this is a regular problem.

Great location, comfortable
Pros:

Great location, comfortable bed and lot of space. 7/11 almost across the street also massage. Good positioning for going around the island. The owner was very helpful.

Cons:

The only one thing was shower it didn’t hold properly in the holder and it was pretty old but not that bad.

Store rummelige værelser
Arina var meget hjælpsom
Placering var helt fin cirka 10 min gang til stranden. Ligger i en lidt mere rolig ende af byen og i gåafstand til mange restauranter osv

Pros:

Bardzo miłe i pomocne panie z obsługi. Nawet, jak nie chcieliśmy sprzątania pokoju, to na klamce wisiała siatka z butelkami wody i papierem toaletowym. Na miejscu robią pranie w rozsądnej cenie. Pokój bardzo czysty z wygodnymi łóżkami. Internet działał najlepiej ze wszystkich miejsc, w których nocowaliśmy podczas tego pobytu. Dodatkowo w tej okolicy jest najładniejszy odcinek plaży. Bardzo polecam pobyt w tym miejscu.

Pros:

Location was good, price was cheap, bed was comfy, air conditioner was cold.

Cons:

The room was very moldy, the smell was overwhelming. I arrived late and just stayed one night so I just dealt with it but if I had arrived earlier I would've changed hotels.

Ogólnie miejsce godne polecenia dla niewymagającego turysty
Pros:

Spędziliśmy w Arina Boutique Residence 4 dni i ogólnie jesteśmy zadowoleni z wyboru. Pokój 3-os. był czysty i dość przestronny, mieliśmy codziennie wymieniane ręczniki i usługę sprzątania, ale z niej nie korzystaliśmy. Klimatyzacja działała dobrze. Recepcja była czynna 24 h, ale personel miał problemy komunikacyjne w j. ang. i trudno było się dogadać. Np. okazało się, że zabukowaliśmy inny pokój i nie dało się tego wytłumaczyć pani na recepcji, z kolei nasi znajomi musieli z niewiadomych powodów przenieść się po 2 dobach do innego, choć woleliśmy zajmować razem całe piętro.
Lokalizacja obiektu to zdecydowany atut — znajduje się w centrum Chaweng, z łatwym dostępem do sklepów, knajpek i w miarę blisko plaży (ok. 10-15 min spaceru).
Cena-jakość wypada dobrze — za niską cenę masz dość komfortowy pokój z Wi-Fi i lodówką.
Minusy to bardzo mała i niewygodna łazienka, bardzo mały balkon, który z trudem mieści 2 osoby. Ogólnie polecam ten hotel osobom, które szukają przyjaznego i niedrogiego miejsca na pobyt w Chaweng
