I had a visa issue so found it last minute - I only stayed one night and moved properties.
Pros:

The property is a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

Cons:

It’s an Oder property, the bathroom has hairs on the floor and the toilet seat was disgusting. . I could hear the adjoining room talking all the time. The pool was dirty with molded pool chairs.

Peaceful, enjoyable, great location
Pros:

Everything! Cleaning was done everyday, with fresh towels and pool towels. It was quiet and peaceful. We loved it so much, we extended our stay by one more week.

Nice hotel Worth the value++
Pros:

We took the 3 bedroom Villa,all was perfect for the price we paid it’s more then expected

Cons:

3 things that not so wow -
1. They not provide baby cot ,we trued to ask few times they told us you can go buy cot.
2.water in shower hot cold no balance hard to shower.
3.beds are very rough,but for stone lovers is ok

Preis passt nicht zum Angebot
Pros:

Das Team vor Ort war extrem freundlich. Der beste Kommunikationsweg war via Whats App. Direkt war die Kommunikation durchwachsen.
Die Lage war für und vollkommen ok. 10-15 Minuten an den Strand oder ins Dorf waren ok. Dafür war die Aussicht wirklich toll.
Nebenan gibt es einen Rollerverleih (etwas laut aber wenn man einen Roller braucht sicher von Vorteil), es gibt einen tollen Wäscheservice ein Haus weiter und 200m entfernt ein tolles Thairestaurant.

Cons:

Leider gab es einiges was nicht so toll war. Hier die Liste der Dinge, die uns gestört haben:
- unser erstes Zimmer hatte leider nur eine mit Holz umrahmte Badewanne. Duschen war nicht möglich, ohne das Holz unter Wasser zu setzen. In der Buchungsbestätigung stand eine Walkin shower. Wir konnten das Zimmer anstandslos wechseln. Allerdings war die Dusche dort nur ein Duschkopf, ohne Vorhang oder Tür ohne Möglichkeit die Höhe zu verstellen (ich musste gebückt duschen). Deshalb war das komplette Bad nach dem Duschen nass. Wir haben gesehen, dass die Einrichtung in allen Zimmern anders ist. Deshalb kann ich nur von den beiden Zimmern sprechen, die wir hatten.
- die Handtuchhalter waren aus Holz und sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Deshalb waren die Handtücher immer braun von der Lasur. Frische Handtücher kamen deshalb auch nicht ganz sauber zurück.
- Sicherheitsrelevant: die Latten an der Balkonumrandung waren zum teil lose und im Pool gab es an der Absaugöffnung am Boden keine Abdeckung, sodass ein ca 30 cm großes Loch vorhanden war. Mit einem Kind kann das schnell lebensgefährlich werden.
- in unserem zweiten Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk gab es wohl mal einen Wasserschaden. Dieser hat den schönen Holzboden beschädigt. Leider haben wir uns 2x einen Spreißel in den Fuss gespickt.
- leider war der Fön bei und kaputt und auch auf Nachfrage wurde dieser nicht repariert.
- wir hatten 2x einen Stromausfall durch den weder die Klimaanlage noch das Wasser funktioniert hat (kann das Hotel sicher nichts dafür. Andere Hotels scheinen aber einen Generator für diese Fälle zu haben) Dazu gab es einmal Nachts einen Ausfall der Wasserpumpe, sodass es zwischen 2:00 und 8:00 Uhr kein Wasser gab. Danach kam das Wasser mega dreckig heraus und es blieb dann dauerhaft etwas braun.
Es kam das Angebot am nächsten Tag ein Frühstück gratis zu erhalten, aber da wir bereits alles im Zimmer hatten, haben wir das nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Great value, and great location. Definitely coming again.
Pros:

Second time staying here. I love the location, as it's abit out of the way. The rooms are huge, and well equipped, smart TVs you can watch English language tv. There's bath tubs in the bathroom, which is rare for Thailand. Two swimming pools and a restaurant downstairs. Great value for money too.

Cons:

A new thing for Thailand, they don't give any powdered milk in the rooms for coffee. Basically means you have to have black coffee in the morning . This has been almost everywhere I have stayed in the past couple of years.

Pros:

Amazing sweet personnel, large rooms. Great value. Best to get room in the back building of the hotel, they have two buildings, to avoid street noise.
