Exceptional service and surprise birthday
Pros:

We were surprised by the welcoming of the birthday of our eldest child. The set up was clean. housekeeping was clean. The room is clean. sir Patrick and Pao are superb and make expectation good.

Everything feels good, the room is clean, the staff are very approachable.

Mr. Brix and Ian of Housekeeping department assist us for everything we need. They are all approachable.

Ok for an overnight stay.
Pros:

The location was convenient to many different restaurants in the casino complex, connecting Widus, Marriott and Sofitel together. The rooms were spacious and ample parking at the property.

Cons:

The interior is dated, the shower was cold and breakfast service was slow.

Great food great comfort for our family of 4.
Pros:

The garlic rice breakfast alone is worth the price I paid. On top of that, they had really good fruit, pancakes or french toast, and filipino dishes. The room was huge for our family of 4. The couch even had a roll out extra bed under it as well. They supply bottled water and always delivered when we ran out and asked for more. Would make this our key location when visiting clark again as long as they keep prices reasonable as it was for my trip.

Cons:

the pool was water was on the colder side but we visited in winter so its at no fault of the hotel. Kids had no problem and enjoyed it. The pool slide could use more water flow.

Nice updated rooms in north tower.
Pros:

Nice updated room in the north tower. Further from the gym but not too far of a walk and there is a covered walkway to the other side which has breakfast. Really good breakfast. Worth the weight gain.

Birthday celebration
Pros:

We booked at Widus for 2nd time. Was surprised by the housekeeping's gesture and preparation for my birthday. It was a shocking twist! I definitely recommend Widus Hotel. Special mention to Reynaldo, Joey, Cris, Joey, Jek and to their manager, Peter.

Family Stay at Widus Hotel
Pros:

The ladies at the front desk were nice and helpful. They have nice smiles and good attitudes which is nice to see when you come to a new location. They also gave us free drink vouchers which we appreciate. Thanks especially to Daniella and Cyrel.
