Widus Hotel Clark

Not much to say about what I liked at the hotel.

Peaceful and quite

Good buffet style breakfast. Location close to Clark International Airport. Part of the Hann Casino complex.. Staff, particularly Queen on reception were most helpful and courteous. Good swimming pool.

Hotel looks a little old from the outside compared to the 2 other hotels in the Hann Cluster but affordable and you get to access the same casino and cafes. Hotel staff are very accomodating. Rooms are clean and cozy. Relaxing and quiet. Enjoyed the pool. Gym smells a little stuffy tho. Many restaurants in the vicinity, you don't need to go out to eat anymore. Check in and check out by Dan is seamless and quick. Valet, security and concierge are helpful too.

Had a relaxing and great experience. Dan was very accommodating and warm. We look forward to our next staycation.

Upon entering the hotel, we immediately felt welcomed. It was our first time staying there, yet our nervousness and anxiety instantly faded.

We stayed in a Premier Family Suite, which was located on the top floor.
The room was just the right size for four adults. It had a shower room, a mini kitchen and dining area, a small living room, and a balcony.
As expected, the room was neat and tidy.
After settling in, we tried the pool. The deepest part was about five feet, and it had a mini waterfall beside the slide.
The breakfast buffet was my favorite part. The food was beautifully arranged on the counters and was refilled almost instantly.
My favorites were the vanilla muffin, scrambled eggs, fried rice, sweet potatoes, longganisa, and oatmeal. 🤭😌
The staff were also quick to replace the cutlery and reset the tables, ensuring that the next guests had clean utensils and a well-prepared dining area.
We only stayed for one night, but we will definitely be back and hopefully stay longer next time.

We had an amazing family stay at Widus Hotel Clark with my husband, our daughter, and our son as we celebrated my birthday in advance. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations.

Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making it perfect for our family. The hotel itself has a relaxing atmosphere, excellent facilities, and a convenient location, making it an ideal place for both leisure and family bonding.

What impressed us the most was the exceptional level of customer service. Angel and Jacky went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. They were always approachable, attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed.

We were also incredibly grateful that they accommodated our request for a late checkout, allowing us to stay beyond the usual checkout time. This thoughtful gesture gave our family more time to relax and enjoy the hotel without feeling rushed, making the end of our trip just as pleasant as the beginning.
