Had a wonderful experience at Widus Hotel, thanks to Audrey and Jacq. They truly go above and beyond in taking care of their guests—you can genuinely feel their warmth and hospitality from the moment you interact with them.
What stood out the most was how thoughtful and flexible they were. They didn’t just offer standard suggestions; they really listened and tailored ideas based on what would work best for us. Their attention to detail and willingness to adjust made everything smooth and enjoyable.

Room beddings were dirty
The staff are very friendly accommodating and the facilities are just so clean and relaxing my kids enjoyed the pool and the slide which other hotel dont have. We will definitely come again to WIDUS.

This is our 3rd time staying at Widus, and once again, we felt genuinely well taken care of. As someone who is quite meticulous with details, I can confidently say that the level of service and overall experience consistently meets expectations. The room was clean and amenities well-maintained. We truly had a wonderful stay. Plus, they were warm, friendly and very helpful throughout. Special thanks to Peter, Dan, and Audrey, along with the rest of the team, for making our stay smooth, comfortable, and memorable. We encountered a minor issue with our online booking through a third-party app, but the team handled it professionally and resolved our concern efficiently, which we truly appreciated.
The food selection was sufficient and enjoyable, perfectly suited to our preferences. Overall, it was another great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Check in was great, we were walk in clients, we dont have a booking but she helped us get the best rate. Also Alfonso, our pool guy was the best, very nice and accommodating to us and our children. We met the housekeeping manager Peter, who introduced himself and made sure that we are having a nice stay. Mico, our server made sure we had our food and drinks, service was amazing. Had the best time.
