Exceptional hotel!
Pros:

Everything!!! What an amazing hotel!
Staff were so nice, spotlessly clean, great location, tasty breakfast, treated us so well. Beach club entertainment was fab too. Free taxi to airport for long stayed customers. Highly recommend!

Had a nice time.
Pros:

Cleanliness and staff were very good.

Cons:

Wasn’t pleased about only having a hanging space and no shelf space.Also didn’t like wood round bed as I got few bruises as I moved around the room if it was removed there would be more space.

Had a great two weeks here with friends, rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels hot showers ideal
Pros:

The staff were fantastic,
They where all helpful
The pool was great
Afternoon tea was a treat
Just around the corner from shops and restaurants
Beach opposite hotel porter’s helped you cross the road

Cons:

Could do with more storage in the rooms, ie a chest of drawers\
Bigger cups in the restaurant need a large coffee in the morning
Full time bar staff on the pool that stays put could be opened later at night for hotel guests that don’t want the beach club
Beach club could be so much more, they are trying to cater for young clients \
If they catered for an older clientele ie 40 plus it could be filled every night 70s 80s, 90s music

We would definitely recommend to family and friends.
Pros:

The view was spectacular! The room was very spacious and clean. Staff were amazing! The free afternoon tea was delicious.

Good but not great. Would not stay again.
Pros:

It was a great location. There's a lot of stuff within walking distance.

Cons:

There were several loose tiles in my room on the floor. There's construction going on, which can't really be helped, but it's not a big deal. We also ended up booking an extra night directly with the hotel, but when we tried to check out after informing the staff that we no longer needed the room, we weren't given any sort of partial refund or anything, even though we didn't stay. This was quite disappointing, because it was just a waste of $80.

Nice Hotel but I was not happy deep down for a few reasons!
Pros:

Most of staff are nice and helpful to a degree.
The hotel is Good / nice overall.
The rooms are nice and all different depending on what you want.
The hot water is extremely hot which is lovely for room with a bath which i had.
Aircon is cold. Overall its a clean hotel. But I only had my room cleaned twice in 5 nights I was there.
Location is Good.
Breakfast, bacon. Eggs. Omelette. Sausage. Hash browns, beans and other food to choose etc.
Beach is smack a cross the road.
WiFi Good when it works.

What i didn't like was Internet was down for 3 days and the beach club bar was finished the day I checked out and was going to Thailand.
I asked for a late check out and the lady I spoke to did not put a note on the computer after we spoke. But it was nearly 3.30pm when i got my room! We arranged that it was ok to check out of my room at 3pm. Taxi was booked originally for 6pm to airport. As I flow back to Thailand at 11pm. Then I was going to pay and store my luggage at da nang airport and get a grab to a restaurant to pass a few hours on which I did. WELL I did not get a room telephone call on the morning as a wake up call or told anything about things had changed etc. The day on check out the lady I spoke to was not working because I didn't see her etc. Anyway I didn't wake up till 11am and as fair as I was aware I was checking out of the room at 3pm so ad no need to rush.. At 10 to 12 I got a knock on door of the cleaner over room cleaning and check out.. Eh? So I went downstairs And another lady i spoke to Gave me all the news and was no note on the computer. That really android me, Sorry sir you have to check out at 12 and hotel fully booked.. Hold on a minute ear love am not a magic man and no way am going to have time or be ready to check out at 12 as its ten minutes of 12 aclock time now. Bearing in mind check inn is after or at 3pm. It does not take 3 hours to clean a room etc. You are going to have to wait and give me 30 minutes to 1 hour for me to check out i said. Which I checked out at just before 1pm. Pervious to what I have said over the room and what me and this lady arranged. I offered to pay extra to check out of the room later. Sorry sir hotel fully booked! OK. So I checked out at just before 1pm, Am sat booking a taxi etc then lady came over, Sir sir we can offer you a room for 55usd.. what a load of nonsense and this android me and this is not or never been fair am saying to my self.

Incredible for the price with an unbeatable closness to beach and city center, but could work a bit on the breakfast and

Great room, pleasant lobby, good service, very clean, amazing location, very nice pool area.

Looked like a great beach club was being built during our stay, but for now they had a nice area with lots of sunbeds.

Cons:

The breakfast could have had better and more bread options, perhaps catered a bit more to western tastes.

A bit strange that half the hotel building was either under construction or abandoned.

Quin, Ny, Hien and Long were very supportive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel because it has a beach area, free for guests. Breakfast was complete and the pool is very clean

Vriendelijk, schoon, goede locatie
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Heel comfortabel bed. Schoon en perfecte locatie aan het strand. Ze hebben zelf een privé strand. Ms Kha and Ms Chi hebben ons heel goed en zeer vriendelijk geholpen. Dankjulliewel!
