The view from the room to the ocean.

Cons:

The fact that half of the hotel was derelict? Was not advised and the pool area looks very tired, the view looking up to the derelict side of the hotel wasn't nice. The breakfast was poor, we had it included but used it once and then decided to eat elsewhere, food was cold. This hotel sells itself as a luxury 5 star hotel and it certainly isn't. Please look at real photos to get an idea, rooms are tired too.

Way too expensive, it’s a dump of a hotel. No way is it 5 star, I have stayed in better 2 star hotels…. The hotel needs knocking down, it’s old, dirty and the photos online must of been taken when the hotel was first built when dinosaurs roamed the earth, there is a building site next door that the work starts at 7am and the work goes all day long for 6 days a week. I paid for 2 Seaview rooms and the windows were so dirty you could not see out of them properly. The rooms are noisy, you can hear everything and I mean everything from the rooms next door to you. The hotel rooms smells of mold. Food is not nice.

Pros:

View is amazing, everything else up to the best hotel services possible

Cons:

It is close to the road, so during the nights you can hear superbike lovers roaring their beast, which can disrupt you sleep.

Good value for money
Pros:

Good value for money and location on the beach. Rooms clean and tidy with good quality breakfast.

Cons:

Complex half completed/abandoned mid build which left a strange sight by the pool. Beach bar / offering is also very minimal/ temporary with no facilities.
Rooms are small.

Great Stay
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. Ms Clara and Ms Anh helped us for our check in and check out. All the staffs were helpful and friendly.

Not enjoyabe constant noise (way in excess of standard Vietnamese noise levels) and no way is this a 5 star property
Pros:

Not much rooms were awkward design and fairly small but the pool was good (if noisy) and the staff were also very nice

Cons:

Surrounded by construction sites, front , side and rear of hotel - I booked the hotel on the basis of the soundproofing mentioned throughout the descriptions however it isn’t soundproofed you can hear everything inside and out so construction noise from 7am till 8:45 daily and 24 hours on one occasion rooms are on the small side and the design is really awkward floor to ceiling window in shower anyone?

Disappointing hotel
Pros:

The breakfast was decent, fairly varied choice. The staff were very nice.

Cons:

There is a lot of construction work going on at the beach opposite the hotel and on plots adjacent to the hotel. The hotel is not properly sound proofed and a drill or crane can start up any time of the day or night. It was noisy during my stay. You have to cross a very busy road to get to the beach. The outside windows looked like they have never been cleaned. The room I had was just about ok size for one person. It was badly designed , for example power points were in very unhelpful places.

Overall we are happy with our stay the staff was amazing

Friendly & helpful staff good wifi

Cons:

Breakfast was not the best,bacon very dry too crispy you can break your teeth if not careful,could do better food in my opinion, the afternoon tea from 2pm to 4pm was good very happy with that thank you!
