Pros:

The room was spacious and clean, hense the music of the beach bar could be better arranged, other than that the hotel was perfect.

Very disappointing, won't be staying here again.
Pros:

The location is great, close to the beach, shops, bars and food vendors.
Pool and afternoon tea were nice

Cons:

No soundproofing. You can hear people walking and talking (or shouting) in the hallways.
Road noise is audible and beach club music can be heard until midnight.
The buffet food was cold and not much variety
The room was really small. No bathroom privacy. Partial ocean view is not worth paying extra

Das Frühstück hatte viel Auswahl war aber nicht so mein Geschmack aber das ist Personen bezogen aber der Kaffee ist gut.

今回は朝6時のフライトに乗る為に4:30にチェックアウトしたが、テキパキと心地良く空港へのgrabタクシーも頼んでくれた。

Pros:

Location is in a quiet end of Mai Khe beach with own beach club. Very helpful staff at the reception and lobby. They helped me a lot with arrangement of heritage train to Hue.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit small and lacking the space for miscellaneous stuff, like makeup etc. Beach club doesn't have enough towels at any time of the day. Staff at the restaurant doesn't speak English.

Over all the staff were great on all levels
Pros:

Beach bar that belongs to hotel is great during day but if you go to bed early you can't sleep for music.

Cons:

For me the breakfast wast the best. And afternoon tea could have been better

Great stay and location
Pros:

Great location, nice staff, afternoon tea was appreciated. Pool and beach facilities were great.

Cons:

We stayed on the 10th floor overlooking the ocean (lovely) but the dance music can be heard until at least midnight.
I could still sleep through it without ear plugs but if you are a light sleeper I would suggest purchasing some.
