Very average, definitely not 5*
Pros:

Great location next to the beach and bars, Reception and concierge staff were lovely, bike parking.

Cons:

Room not like the pictures, the hotel was a building site, pool wasn’t in the sun like in the pictures, not enough tables for breakfast, beach staff not attentive. Not enough staff on breakfast service so the tables that were free were full of plates etc

Gute Strandlage aber sehr schlechte Managerin
Pros:

Lage direkt am Strand mit eigenen Schirmen und Liegen. Man wird mit kühlen Getränken und kleinen Snacks serviert

Cons:

Wir haben 3 Doppelzimmer für 3 Nächte für 6 Personen gebucht, nachdem wir auf den Check-in im Zimmer gewartet hatten (das Hotelzimmer ist ein 5-Sterne-Hotel, aber sehr klein, nur 25 m²??) In der Hoffnung, uns nach dem Flug auszuruhen, aber in einem Zimmer war die Wasserleitung kaputt, Wasser lief ins Zimmer. Das Hotelpersonal kam sofort, um es zu reparieren, sagte aber, wir müssten eineinhalb bis zwei Stunden warten, bis der Kleber getrocknet sei.
Nach 2 Stunden floss Wasser wieder in das Zimmer, das Personal musste mit der Reparatur fortfahren. Das Hotel bot an, das Zimmer zu wechseln, aber das Zimmer hatte nur 1 Doppelbett von 1,60 m (für 2 ältere Frauen), da das Hotel voll war und keine anderen Zimmer hatte, sodass wir 2 Zimmer stornieren mussten (Kinder mussten mit der älteren Frau gehen). Für uns sechs Personen war es wirklich unpraktisch, in zwei verschiedenen Hotels zu übernachten. Wir haben das Hotel gebeten, 1 Zimmer wegen eines Problems kostenfrei zu stornieren. Das anderes stornierte Zimmer, stimmten wir der Zahlung zu. Doch das Hotel war völlig anderer Meinung und zwang uns zur vollständigen Zahlung. Was für eine unvernünftige Lösung. Obwohl wir immer wieder erklärten, dass der Transfer in ein anderes Hotel nicht auf unseren Wunsch, sondern auf ein Problem des Hotels zurückzuführen sei, bestand die Hotelseite darauf, unser Geld nicht zurückzuzahlen.

Dies ist das Verhalten eines Kleinunternehmens, bei dem die Interessen des Kunden nicht an erster Stelle stehen, sondern nur an den vielen Gewinnen gedacht wird.

Wir werden dieses Hotel niemals buchen oder weiterempfehlen.

Don’t ruin your holiday!
Pros:

Room was comfortable & pool was ok

Cons:

Half of hotel abandoned and very unappealing. The remaining area was quite run down. Definitely not 5 star accommodation, maybe 3 star at best. Photos used for advertising are misleading and probably like 20 years old. Service was poor, food and drinks that should have been hot were cold. Cold drinks at the buffet were warm. Order cocktails at the swim up bar and they are made at the beach van across the road and took 20-30 mins to arrive. The private beach area is not private and nothing like the photos. Could not get a day bed. No push bike rental like most other accommodation in the area. Overall a very disappointing stay and way overpriced for the facilities and service provided.

Pros:

upper level room small view to the ocean from the side window very close to the beach very close to lots of restaurants in the immediate area friendly young staff busy Road to Cross but there is a specialized underpass ability to use the beachfront from the hotel but I didn't use

Cons:

I stayed single person for two people it would have been a very intimate room considering the toilet

Konum harikaydı, oda temizligivile ilgili resepsiyondan hemen cözüm sağlandı. Resepsiyondaki arkadaslar cok ilgiliydi

Otel cok güzel ancak temizlik bizi cok şasırttı, giristen itibaren camların kiri dikkat cekiciydi, otel müdürünün dikkatini çekmemesi cok ilginç. Ayrıca sahilde güneslenirken arka tarafa birseyler icmeye gectigimde oğlum yüzdükten sonra mayosunu degistirmeye gitti, ordaki gorevlilerden gözluklü, digerine göre daha kilolu olan görevli aninda havlularımızı alip ücret karsiliğı misafirleri o sezlonglarda havlularımızı alarak yeni havlu sererek gecirdi, ben ikaz edip sikayet edecegimi soyleyince panikledi veya uzüluyormus gibi yapip özür diledi, belli ki bu hep yapiliyor.

Amazing location with their own beach section and drinks and snacks delivered to you on the beach. Nice pool great breakfast selection. Amazing massage on site. They go out of their way to accommodate you.

Great start to the holiday.
Pros:

Great location close to the beach. Lots to do within walking distance, clean and comfortable. Ms Anh and Ms Chi were very helpful and polite and I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Die Lage ist sehr gut

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht besonders sauber und aus der Toilette kam ein unangenehmer Kanalgeruch. Ein Duftspray hat keine besondere Wirkung gezeigt.
