Parfait pour accès rapide à la mer et les commerces de proximité

La proximité des commerces, bars et restaurants. L’aimabilite de personnel, surtout Ms Kha, Ms Anh et Ms Hung. Le personnel nous a préparé un joli surprise pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Merci

Great service but hotel needs serious maintenance

Service and staff were great. Pool was good between 9-2 ( sun blocks from afternoon)

Cons:

We chose to stay at Holiday Beach Hotel Da Nang after doing a significant amount of research and reading reviews, expecting a 5-star standard experience.

However, the property is not reflective of this. Both rooms we stayed in were poorly maintained, with visible mould, broken fixtures, and significant wear and tear. Large portions of the hotel and room finishes show deterioration, including broken tiles, cracking to walls and ceilings, and overall poor upkeep.

Sound insulation is also very poor, you can clearly hear noise between rooms and from the hallway, including people walking past and doors opening and closing.

There is also an unfinished section of the hotel, which is clearly visible from the rooms and pool area, with birds flying in and out. This was not shown or disclosed in the listing and made the environment feel very unpleasant.

I didn’t like that it was all false advertised and AI photos.. It’s absolutely sickening the price we all paid to stay here when we woke up to works at the building next door at 8am until 11pm.
My friend had a rat in his room tha he caught on video but still had to pay for the bottle of water he had drank out the fridge.
Everything was false advertised and I can’t believe I made all my friends stay here. Such a horrible experience. Even had to have cold showers in my room the whole time because I asked twice for staff to help but nothing was resolved. I was too sick to even bother moving hotel other wise I would have.

Thất vọng với khách sạn 5 sao.
Pros:

Địa điểm tốt (beachfront), hồ bơi rộng, nhân viên vui vẻ niềm nở, ăn sáng ngon.

Cons:

Cảm giác là phòng nhỏ hơn 22 m2 như đã đăng. Nhờ nhân viên lễ tân giới thiệu thuê xe máy (giá 150K một ngày, giá cao hơn giá thị trường) nhưng xe máy rất cũ và có vấn đề kỹ thuật. Sau khi chạy hai ngày và gọi chủ xe thì họ vui vẻ đổi cho xe khác, nhưng xe khác cũng không khá hơn nhiều.
Một vấn đề khác là vệ sinh phòng. Một buổi sáng trong giờ ăn sáng tôi lên phòng lấy điện thoại di động thì thấy nhân viên đang dọn dẹp và giặt khăn lau nhà trong bồn rửa mặt. Eo ôi, ghê quá. Hôm đó phải dùng xà phòng tắm để vệ sinh lại bồn rửa mặt và rửa lại tất cả ly tách trong phòng chứ không còn tin tưởng nữa.
Xui xẻo cho vợ tôi là bị đau bụng tiêu chảy sau khi ăn sáng (một ngày trước khi lên sân bay rời Đà Nẵng). Phải ở suốt trong phòng cả ngày không được đi đâu cả. Không hiểu lý do tại sao vì những ngày trước đó khi ăn sáng ở khách sạn không có vấn đề gì. Tôi cũng không gặp vấn đề dù đi ăn chung. Ngày hôm sau trước khi khởi hành chúng tôi vẫn đi ăn sáng ở khách sạn, nhưng không dám ăn sữa chua hay uống sữa mà chỉ ăn thức ăn nóng.

Great stay and view
Pros:

Great hotel with friendly staff and quicker check-in than expected. The room view was incredible, and having access to the beach beds opposite was a really nice touch. It’s on the pricier side, but you do get good value for what’s included.

Beach across the road very convenient with private beach facilities. The pricing is very reasonable from accommodation to food and beer. Staff were always accommodating and knowledgeable ready to help. Clara was our go to person and arranged any request we made. Loved all the staff. ANH, NY, Oscar
