Amazing Hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a quiet location. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Loan and the reception team who were on hand to provide help and advice. The free shuttle to the old town and beach were handy but a Grab taxi is quite cheap if the shuttle times didn't suit. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The sound of the cicadas, the gekkos and all the greenery added to the peaceful experience. Our kids loved the pool and the wifi was great. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to stay outside the old town.

Wonderful stay at Legacy Resort Hoi An!
Pros:

We stayed for a wonderful week at Legacy Hoi An. Our room was very large and clean with a beautiful bathtub, lounge area, fridge, kettle, aircon, 'his and hers' basin areas and a balcony overlooking the amazing gardens full of tropical flowers that surround the resort.
Breakfast buffet was huge and delicious. There are two large pools to swim in overlooking the rice paddies, with a bar beside them. My only suggestion would be to make the pool water a bit cooler in summer.
The staff were very special with Quinnie, Na, Chau and others whose name I can't recall, being so helpful to us during our stay. I highly recommend this peaceful resort between the Old Town and An Bang beach. We will return!

Beautiful stay. Plenty of options provided by the hotel regarding inclusive shuttle buses & bicycle use to town or beach.

Hotel breakfast was great during the stay aswell as the reception team with any requests.

Great stay in Hoi Ann
Pros:

Great location and facilities. Excellent breakfast, even had poached eggs. Good bar and a wonderful atmosphere about tbe place.
We had a villa which was brill.
Excellent internet, used a firestick for tv with no problems.
Would definetly book again.

I was refused entry into Vietnam and the hotel took advantage of the situation. I have prepaid 5 nights.
I received no response to my requests for a partial refund. The hotel’s website does not provide any useful contact information. The FaceTime link is not working and if you call the number, the person at the other end speaks very limited English. No WhatsApp number, no email.

Excellent hotel with beautiful, quiet surroundings
Pros:

We loved our 5 night stay here. It’s our second time at Legacy and we were still really impressed. Our room was upgraded and very comfortable. Staff are very friendly (especially Jenny) and we appreciated the sweet touch of a slice of cake on my husband’s birthday. Convenient location as only a short Grab or shuttle bus into town. Pool area is beautiful (although a little cool for swimming in January). The gardens are beautiful, with our toddler loving the fish. Very comfortable stay and we really enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning.

Staff are fantastic, resort grounds are kept very tidy.
Rooms are nice, a little noisy though.

Look no further, this may be the best hotel/resort in Hoi An or one that you’ve ever stayed in!
Paradise in the middle of a rice field with local farmers working tirelessly with their buffaloes.
As if that’s not enough a reason, here’s more:
- 2 amazing pools
- Gym
- Restaurants/bar for meals if you don’t feel like leaving the resort
- Convenience store within the resort compound
- Complimentary breakfast with a wide variety of delicious spread each morning
- Complimentary water bottles daily
- Complimentary shuttle to Hoi An Old Town and back. Thanks to its dedicated drivers
- Complimentary relaxing yoga class twice a week by the lovely Anh
- Complimentary bicycle rentals to explore the neighborhood or the beautiful city
- Our suite and the entire resort is amazing. Words don’t do it justice. Pix attached for your reference.
- Last but not least to the amazing staff at the resort. The reception team is exceptional; always going over and beyond to ensure maximum satisfaction for all its guests. Shout out to Anh, Loan, Lan, Thuy, Linh, Jenny, Na, Nam, Con, Huynh
All in all, nothing but praises and I hope you’ll get to experience the beauty and magic of Legacy Hoi A one day!

5 stars . We booked the Villa with the private pool

2 villas and a pool in the middle . Kids loved it , wife loved it , bonus point for Dad . Would come back again

Beautiful resort with stunning surroundings
Pros:

We loved our 6 night stay here. Our family room was very comfortable, the gardens are stunning and the staff are excellent (especially Jenny and Na). The buffet breakfast and relaxing pools were both highlights. The resort is a short drive into town. Jenny helped organise a car for us to visit My Son. Absolutely loved our time here and would recommend to other families with young children.

We had 5 nights at the Legacy , excellent friendly and efficient staff .We had a very smooth stay , booking lots of trips from the hotel . The rooms are spacious , clean and in tranquil garden setting . It is an environment where you can really relax , and the hotel is in a nice location tucked away from the busy streets. Our kids loved it . The swimming pools are fantastic , and the breakfast buffet was lovely
