Great staff, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The staff were amazing. They assisted me in organizing the initial stage of my vacation. The location is great for enjoying the old quarter.

Personnel génial, emplacement super, je recommande !!

Le service de Kathy, à l’écoute et disponible

Cons:

Le manque d’information sur les prix des boissons dans le réfrigérateur.. Et malheureusement j’ai eu des bruits de travaux à 6h le premier jour, qui heureusement j n’ai plus eu les autres jours.

The perfect location in Hanoi!
Pros:

Location, location, location. The perfect spot in the middle of everything. The staff care friendly and Kathy organised our sleeper bus to SaPa and our sleeper train back to Hanoi with no issues encountered.

Cons:

A couple of lower levels had stairs but the staff moved us to another level that had a lift.

Lovely staff great location good breakfasts

Cons:

The manager did not give alert me to booking based on one person when checking in rather than checking out even though two other bookings were made for 2 people and 2 checked in
