Worth the money

Good location
Pros:

The hotel is very well located in the Old Quarter and you can easily walk everywhere. The room was quiet and clean. The wifi worked well. Good shower and comfotable bed. The people working at the hotel are very kind and helpful.

Pros:

Location is fantastic, staff very helpful and kind, room large and comfy beds. Great showers and very clean room. Breakfast is decent with good omelettes.

Cons:

After a week long heavy rain in Hanoi, the hotel rooms was very humid and felt damp. Staff resolved this situation straight away and are very understanding.

Muy buen hotel y servicio
Pros:

El personal es increíblemente agradable. Siempre ahí para ayudar y asistir en lo que sea, facilitando cambios de divisa, excursiones, entradas, etc.
Planificar nuestras excursiones a Sapa y Halong Bay con Kathy fue super sencillo, buen precio comparando con los tours locales y un servicio impecable.
El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones y servicios en pleno centro de Hanoi.

Cons:

La baño de la habitación que nos dieron en la primera estancia no debía de evacuar bien y pasado un tiempo olía a cañería.
