Wow what a wonderful hotel in the centre. Ms Kathy and the whole team looked after us for a wonderful stay, quiet rooms in the centre of the action, dont skip breakfast, full tummies for a day of exploring! Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Located in the heart of Hanoi, the hotel is conveniently accessible to many attractions and key areas. Initially, I was assigned a room near the stairs, but I had requested a room away from the lift and stairways to minimize noise from other guests.
The following day, the team kindly offered me a much better room, which made my stay even more comfortable.
The staff, especially Kathy and the lady manager (whose name I unfortunately forgot), were incredibly helpful, warm, and accommodating throughout my stay. The buffet breakfast was quite good, and they even prepared a packed breakfast for me since I had an early start for my Ninh Binh tour.
I truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality. I would happily stay here again in the future and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.
I would suggest having a larger trash bin inside the washroom, preferably one with a step pedal, so it is more convenient to use and does not fill up too quickly.

La posizione dell'hotel è super!!! in centro e facilmente raggiugibile. E' circondato da tutto il necessario e la stanza era ben pulita e silenziosa. Contento della scelta fatta. Massimo aiuto e supporto da parte dello staff
Sa situation est vraiment parfaite pour visite le vieux quartier d’Hanoi. Le personnel est à l’écoute de tous vos besoins.
Tout était parfait
La habitación es muy cómoda y el desayuno es absolutamente completo. La atención de todo el personal es excelente, muy preocupados y atentos. Resalto la atención de Kathy, es una host muy servicial.
Es un tema de infraestructura, pero el no tener ascensor puede causar cierta molestia en algunos huéspedes, aún más cuando son 6 pisos para subir y bajar diariamente.
De accomodaties is schoon en ligt super centraal. De prijs vs kwaliteit is prima. Het personeel is behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was prima, er was ruime keus.
De douche lekte waardoor de hele badkamer vol met water stond, maar hier zouden ze aan gaan werken na ons vertrek
