Amazing stay. Great food and warm hospitality by the staff. Vaseem did good laundry for us and was very polite and helpful

I went on my Babymoon to Goa & stayed at Novotel Goa Candolim. They knew that I am already with a toddler kid, still the services were not at all good. I was very disappointed as well as dissatisfied with the services. Even a baby milk or a water bottle refill takes more than an hour. This is exactly not a way, such a renowned Brand should behave & serve their guests.
The service numbers provided were not always answered. The delay in a small service is always too much. Even getting a water bottle takes 40-50 minutes & when complaining they only have an answer that we are checking.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The biggest issue was the room service, which was extremely slow and unprofessional. Every request took far longer than expected, and in some cases, we had to call multiple times before anyone responded. The staff seemed inattentive and lacked basic hospitality.
While the room itself was decent, the poor room service completely overshadowed the stay. When you’re paying for a comfortable experience, prompt and courteous service should be a given. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet even basic expectations.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service, as it has a significant impact on the overall guest experience. I would not recommend this hotel until these issues are addressed.
A very good experience by everyone of our family.Starting from the reception desk upto the dining hall staff the behaviour was very amicable. The stay the food , chek in and check out everything was smooth and appreciable. The meeting with the staff from the North East and interacting with them was another sweet experience. Cleanliness was satisfactory.
David and Eshraful are amazing people from the housekeeping department , helped us give the correct information and most importantly we got ours kids water bottle because of these guys only , such wonderful people

I had a great experience at Novotel Candolim, Goa. Staff here is too humble and goes out of the way to cater your request. A special thanks to Shubha and Manju who did great for my kids while making them happy to enjoy with their best meal.
Food here is really awesome with Deserts out of the world. Must go for Shahi Tukda and Chocolate cake/ mosse as these are the ones I like the most.

Extremely disappointing experience at Novotel Candolim.
The problems started right from check-in. There was nobody available to assist with luggage, and no one greeted us upon arrival. The check-in experience was handled by Sakshi, who was unhelpful and indifferent. I politely asked if any higher-category rooms were available, but she completely ignored the request and behaved as if I was demanding a free upgrade.
To make matters worse, she didn’t even bother showing us to our room. We had specifically booked a twin-bed room, but upon arrival found a king-bed setup instead. After raising the issue, it took almost an hour before someone came to separate the beds, and even then the arrangement was uncomfortable and far from a proper twin-room setup.
The food experience was equally frustrating. We ordered chicken sandwiches from the late-night menu, which were priced at ₹700, but were charged ₹950. When we questioned the difference, we were told that since it wasn’t late-night hours, an additional charge would apply. This pricing policy was neither communicated nor made clear beforehand.
Valet service was another major inconvenience. Every time we needed the car, the waiting time was at least 30 minutes.
Overall, the poor service, lack of hospitality, room allocation issues, confusing pricing, and extremely slow valet service completely spoiled what should have been a relaxing trip. Definitely not the level of service expected from a Novotel property.

The experience in novotel goa candolim was pathetic there are many points that i would like to highlight
The day we checked in that is 8th june we were given a room full of flithy smell oily sticky floor bed full of dust the fan the wooden designing all were full of layers of dust i have clicked pictures as well we complained and to our suprise few people were already there complaining for the same . We got the room changed next morning we were travelling with couple friends same was the condition of their room also . More to write my elder son got bitten by the bee bug ,the staff gave me expired sofracymin to apply if i woudnt have checked i dont know what reaction that cream could have done. More to write then every day i kept saying for room cleaning some day the bed was made the floor was not mooped and properly cleaned. And when not feeling well they said no late checkout u have to leave as we r sold out
No privacy as most of the rooms are interconnected and you can hear the whisper from another room.
The room operator and reception person is least bothered to pick up the call.
The location is good with a beautiful pool with an in-house Casino.
No hand towels, no soap in the bathroom.
It was amazing breakfast experience and we are like their ambience and hospitality and bar cocktails is too good and we are appreciate to all specially Manju and Subha and Akruti and Rahul.
