We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Candolim. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and warmth of the staff made us feel at home. The room was ready early, and the overall service was excellent.
A special mention to Mr. Ronak, Duty Manager, who went above and beyond when my wife suddenly fell ill due to the weather and travel fatigue. Being new to the city, we had no idea how to manage the situation, but Ronak Sir quickly arranged a vehicle and ensured everything was taken care of.
I am also deeply grateful to Mr. Prashanth, the car driver, who not only drove us safely but stayed with us until midnight, offering support during a very difficult time. With my 3‑year‑old son and unwell wife, their help meant the world to me. By the next morning, my wife had recovered, and I cannot thank the Novotel team enough for making us feel secure and cared for.
Words are not enough to express my gratitude. This experience showed us the true meaning of hospitality. We will definitely return, and I highly recommend Novotel Candolim to anyone visiting Goa.

The food was excellent with plenty of variety. Soft dishes like idli and dosa were especially good. Overall, everything was tasty and satisfying. The rooms were spacious, perfect for a family stay, and truly awesome in comfort

We had confirmed our arrival one day prior over phone. We reached at 4pm, which is one hour past the official check-in time. Yet room was not ready. It took another 30-40 minutes to get my room
This happened to me 2nd time at Novotel. Same thing happened at Mumbai Airport Novotel few weeks ago
Awesome stay
We had an exceptional stay at Novotel Candolim Goa. As a pleasant surprise, the hotel upgraded our room at no additional charge, which made our experience even better.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a good variety and different options every day, so it never felt repetitive. The staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Goa.

All food Quality is good and tasty.. Specially Mr Chetan is very cooperative and helpfull .. Mr Chetan arrenge the special dish for my child requirement ..thanks to Novotel Candolim and his staff for excellent service...
Its a fantastic hotel , location is great right on the main road veryyy near to candolim beach. The hotel looks amazing lobby is artistic & vibrant the vibe of hotel is very refreshing..... Mr. Amit Sangwan GM of the hotel is managing property tooo amazingly well. Hats off because of his efforts Novotel candolim is doing soo well.
My room was very clean and comfortable
food was beyond expectations in Novotel Goa swimming pool is really unique has game areas and play areas too for kids. We rea lly enjoyed being there.

I think this property is not sold properly on any platform. The property first of all is very small. Secondly from all the 3 sides there are literally residential home who look into your rooms and in swimming pool areas. And these are like proper residential local homes with common boundary walls. The staff is pretty useless. We had mailed them and the front desk lady called us for our early check in request. We reached early with expectation that if we are lucky we can get the room at 11AM. When we reached the guy on reception said we cant do early check-in as it is against the policy. We asked if the rooms are ready and if they are why cant you give it to us. He clearly denied stating that if he does that then there will be remark of early check-in and he will have to justify why he gave us early checking. I reasoned and told him that if someone checkout early do you refund then in the same case if the rooms are ready why keep guest waiting. Cut to i ask him oif i can [ay to which he took almost an hr to come back and explain that they can only charge if the chekin is before 10AM and we were like why are you then not giving us room if its 12PM now. The senior had to intervene and then we finaly got our room at 12 PM. I asked for a business center or a small place for one call that i had to take they didnt had that too. We asked for cutlery in the room and every time it took them a min of 45 min t deliver the same. Infact the clearance was also not there. Further the kids play zone is so ill managed that all the toys r broken, torn beds, dirty tables. it was literally yuckk

I went on my Babymoon to Goa & stayed at Novotel Goa Candolim. They knew that I am already with a toddler kid, still the services were not at all good. I was very disappointed as well as dissatisfied with the services. Even a baby milk or a water bottle refill takes more than an hour. This is exactly not a way, such a renowned Brand should behave & serve their guests.
The service numbers provided were not always answered. The delay in a small service is always too much. Even getting a water bottle takes 40-50 minutes & when complaining they only have an answer that we are checking.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The biggest issue was the room service, which was extremely slow and unprofessional. Every request took far longer than expected, and in some cases, we had to call multiple times before anyone responded. The staff seemed inattentive and lacked basic hospitality.
While the room itself was decent, the poor room service completely overshadowed the stay. When you’re paying for a comfortable experience, prompt and courteous service should be a given. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet even basic expectations.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service, as it has a significant impact on the overall guest experience. I would not recommend this hotel until these issues are addressed.
