The hotel was perfect for our stay and we would recommend it anytime.
Pros:

The hotel is located perfectly breakfast places as well as nice restaurants of all sorts are within walking distance.

The room was rather small for a family of 4 but served the purpose. We had breakfast once and didn't want to repeat it, was okay though.

Cons:

The rooms should have queens size beds

Extremely rude front desk staff. Would only recommend for it’s location

Location is great and room was clean

Cons:

It was advertised that there is garage parking on the property. There is none. But we were told they validate parking at the garage and gave us the run around when we kept inquiring the process. Staff at the front desk were rude. Also, the smoke detector in the room lights up every 5 seconds and is annoying in the middle of the night.

Very great stay!!
Pros:

The property was conveniently located - right next to MSG, Penn station, the subway, we walked to bryant park and time square and multiple shops

The property was very nice - clean, comfortable, friendly staff. I have stayed in several hotels in NYc and this was by far the largest room we have stayed in so far. I did really like it- it was a bit expensive thi

Das Hotel eignet sich für 1-2 Nächte für Geschäftsleute und Durchreise, aber nicht für längere Zeit.

Cons:

Das Frühstück( extra zu bezahlen) war schlecht und teuer( in der Nähe gab es etliche Möglichkeiten besser und günstiger zu frühstücken). Das Zimmer kleiner als von booking angegeben, schlecht möbliert( qualitativ auch): der Schrank sehr klein, unpraktisch und versperrt die einzige Birne auf der Decke.
Das Badezimmer war ok von der Planung, aber es gab Haare auf dem Boden beim Einchecken. Mit der Sauberkeit meinen sie dort nicht richtig ernst( unter dem Bett lag es monatelange Staubschicht, die schmutzigen Handtücher, die von uns extra auf dem Boden im Bad gelassen wurden, um sie zu auszuwechseln , wurden schön wiederaufgehängt. Nur wenn wir gebeten haben, hat man nach 6 Tage die Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt).
