Pros:

It was a great location for our purposes
Clean rooms.

Cons:

Beware of the parking garage they are affiliated with. We were overcharged and when questioned they gave me a phone number that doesn’t work and just totally shady!

Pros:

Tivemos uma ótima experiência no hotel. A localização é excelente, muito prática para se deslocar e aproveitar a cidade. O quarto estava sempre muito limpo e bem cuidado, com um ótimo serviço de camareira.

A cama é extremamente confortável e os travesseiros também são muito bons, o que fez bastante diferença depois de um dia inteiro passeando. O quarto não é muito grande, mas tem um tamanho razoável e é bastante confortável.

No geral, gostamos muito da estadia e com certeza nos hospedaríamos novamente.

Very Poor Staff
Pros:

Most rude front office staff. What’s the point of being an Ambassador Elite ? Different front office have different versions. I don’t expect this kind of hospitality to any guest visiting you. It appears as if they are doing a favour to guests who stays here upon payment.

Great Location !!!!!
Pros:

Great location ! Walking distance to Madison Square Gardens, Empire State , Times Square
Inside the hotel there’s a place to have breakfast, 135 table , every morning Carlos and Tenzin , received us with a big smile and very good energy !!! Really a nice way to start the day !! 😊
