Conveniently located on Mary Washington Hospital property. Next door to shopping area. Able to get a room the same night. Most of staff members friendly. Convenient parking. Clean room.

Nothing! Well the eggs are a little wet...
The rooms was full of order and smelled strong of dog as if it was not cleaned properly. I have stayed in many pet friendly hotels however, the strong smell with my allergies was not a mix. I reported to the front desk but no one offerred to even try a different room. A lady from the housekeeping dept. Offered additional spray but it did not help. I ended up having to check out early because I had to.visit the ER due to the massive headache it caused me from the smell and overall allergic reaction.
Please.see previous statement about the strong dog order smell. It was not a pleasant smell due to my allergic reaction to the room and smell.

Absolutely nothing - wonderful stay
Breakfast had an excellent selection.
The only drawback was there was a baseball tournament in Fredericksburg and a lot of little boys were staying at the Hyatt. They played in the halls so that was noisy, but they were well behaved & were little boys after all!!
We arrived very late almost 12:00 am due to storms in PA. We were exhausted and tired and met with the warmest greeting from Joe (I know it’s a nickname) who was so kind and accommodating. We appreciated the kindness after a long and stressful drive.

The location and variety of restaurants around.
We were charged a week early and never received any sort of communication from the staff. The worker decided to charge us when we chose to pay at the hotel. We could not take the elevator being only one worked and it was a busy weekend because of a soccer tournament happening. The room was a little dirty, looked like the bathroom floors had not been cleaned in sometime. The breakfast was decent besides the toaster not being usable. It kept getting stuck and burning everyone's bagel and toast.
