La propreté n'était vraiment pas superbe. Nous avions un divan-lit, et il avait plusieurs objets et déchets en dessous. De plus, les draps du divan-lit étaient tachés. J'ai retrouvé des poils et des cheveux sur ma tête d'oreiller et il avait un couteau à beurre sur le bord de la fenêtre.
De plus, pas d'article pour la salle de bain ( q-tip, démaquillant, crème hydratante ou autre)

My day was very good until the end when I had a problem with charging me
Pros:

I have been charged twice for this room. Once from booking.com and once from Hyatt. Neither corporation will return their money money back to me. booking.com says it’s a Hyatt thing and Hyatt says it’s a booking.com.

Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again! Great value for the money!
Pros:

Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Room was large and we were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable seating area! Location was central to the sites we were visiting. Would recommend the hotel to other and would definitely stay here again.
