Pros:

Accueillant , très serviable….

Cons:

Le room service est à améliorer. J’ai sollicité la mise à disposition de quelques verres dans ma chambre, mais il m’a été demandé de me rendre personnellement au restaurant pour les récupérer. Cette situation est regrettable, car la livraison en chambre fait normalement partie des prestations attendues du service de chambre. Une meilleure prise en charge de ce type de demande contribuerait à améliorer l’expérience des clients.

Cons:

No microwave. An employee told my husband we didn't pay enough money for a microwave. We had two twin beds push together. Basic, but clean accommodations.
