Everything perfect. I recommend it for traveller's. It has everything , gym , pool, bar, restaurant and the rooms tidy and clean!!

It's my first time here in Ibis Hotel, All the food are very good and very good accommodation also the staff's are very nice and friendly.

Should have more food options for vegetarian people.

We had pizza and burgers. Good air conditioning. Nice food and very good service. Abdulilah and Hiadah in service, very good.

Good experience of rooms with good food and cleaning services. But need some improvements in the somethings. Like if add milk option in the complementary coffee tray for the Tea. Because some people like tea but there is not any restaurant nearby.

My stay at ibis Yanbu this time was good. The first impression always so important. A big shout out to Rana! She was respectful and helpful during my check-in and check-out as well.

Cons:
- Tiny and limited parking.
- Standard rooms are small.

The place is accessible if you want to visit Yanbu area as it is located between the airport and City proper..The hotel room is nice and the only comment is the shower enclosure which has no sluding door, thus, not very convenient..However, our breakfast dining was a gpod experience. They have a friendly staff and accommodating..

I visited here Many times , the hotel room in very good quality, clean and all staff very cooperative. Food inside very delicious and fresh.

One Receptionist, her name Khairiya always talk in very polite and provide Required things quickly.

One of the best experiences I have in ibis hotel I used to stay in ibis even in jedda the staff was incredible especially CHEF NOURHAN one of the best professionals chefs she made my day every morning during my stay by how much she caring about guests satisfaction and all the time smile also I ask her for add oriental humus in breakfast buffet and I pleased that she care and I already find the plate of humus in the next day in breakfast that means how much she care about guests recommendations
I wish next time back and find her still in the hotel
Also I want to talk about how much professionals the housekeeping staff they care about cleaning every day and the laundry also was so good thank you for all staff I dealing with

The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Food is nicely prepared and always served on time. Rooms are clean with hospitable staff. Hotel location around 10-15mins. away from airport and a little close to some shops and groceries. Overall a good place to stay in Yanbu.

My experience at the hotel was truly wonderful. The stay was extremely comfortable, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was very tasty, fresh, and had a wide variety of options. Chef Nourhan was very nice, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. She made sure every guest was satisfied and happy. I really appreciated her warm attitude and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The atmosphere was calm, the service was excellent, and everything exceeded my expectations.

ibis yanbu hotel is a very nice hotel today our company did swimming training and we liked the facilities here very much
We were 36 people today out of which 12 people passed, the rest will come tomorrow We waited for 8 hours at the Ibis Hotel, after that my car came and we left for our room

Clean rooms ever seen. Providing alternative options for the rooms.

They were confusing with the payment process. They asked me to pay the full amount even though I paid through Expedia and only had a small amount left to pay. The problem was only resolved with difficulty at checkout.
