The property is located right across a mall with a grocery store in side. Perfect location. The staff were helpful and their taxi service was very cheap. About $5 USA. Which we noticed taxi service is cheap here. The breakfast the hotel offers is a plus.

Cons:

They don’t offer shuttle to the airport. They don’t have washer/dryers on site.

La habitación me pareció amplia, me gustó el tamaño del escritorio.

Cons:

Que tienen los suministros para higiene personal en la misma vitrina que los alimentos (el equipo que mediente monedas se pueden comprar botanas), ya que representa un riesgo de contaminación química, le comenté a la chica de recepción que por lo menos pongan los suministros de higiene personal en la parte inferior del equipo.

Other than the toilet issue the overall stay was ok
Pros:

Quiet and easily accessible

Cons:

The toilet did not have water after the first flush and I had to fill the garbage bins at the shower to flush the toilet. And the should have been a wider variety for breakfast. Only bread was available in starch and only papaya in fruit.

There was a slight smell in the room, and the breakfast selection could be improved. With better room freshness and upgraded breakfast options, the stay would be outstanding
