Pros:

La habitación estaba limpia, las camas eran comodas, el desayuno estaba bien, la piscina y gimnasio no los usamos pero fuimos a verlos y estaban limpios, el personal muy amable, no esta en el centro pero esta bien ubicado, hemos ido varias veces a chetumal y de los hoteles en los que nos hemos quedado es el mejor

Cons:

I was disappointed with the overall value of this stay. Considering the amount I paid for just one night, I expected the room and accommodations to be of a noticeably better standard.

The room itself was very basic, and based on the condition and overall quality, I simply do not feel that the price charged represented good value for money. I understand that I selected and booked the room myself, and I accept responsibility for not paying closer attention to all the details beforehand. However, even taking that into consideration, I was still disappointed with what was provided for the price.

I raised my concerns directly with the property because I believe some form of adjustment, discount, or consideration toward a future stay would have been appropriate.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would have difficulty recommending the property at the price I paid.
