The staff were welcoming, the location was perfect, and check-in was quick and easy.

Cons:

There was a slight smell in the room, and the breakfast selection could be improved. With better room freshness and upgraded breakfast options, the stay would be outstanding

Me gusta siempre que vamos a chetumal la ubicacion cerca de la plaza porque esta comida, super, cine, etc... se llega caminando y es seguro porque esta cercano todo.

Los empleados de escritorio son amables, sólo mi discomfort es lo ya mencionado.
Cons:

1. Las sábanas no olían a limpio y el baño despedía un olor desagradable (no podría decir si era falta de limpieza o si procedía de la tubería.
2. A media noche la alarma se activó y sinceramente ya concilié el sueño tipo 5:a.m.
