A bi chilly in the room and had difficulty initially managing the temperature
There was a party going on on my floor, with the door propped open. It went into the wee hours of the morning. It was very loud. The hotel has "Quiet hours" posted but they don't seem to want to enforce them. I complained to the front desk but they at first told me there was nothing they could do. He finally, somewhat reluctantly went up and spoke to them but the party continued.
The hotel was clean, the staff was exceptionally professional and kind, and the location was amazing! Lots of bars, restaurants, and shopping to keep us busy.
The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good and they also outlined all the gluten free options available as well. Also convenient to walk to restaurants and stores.
It was a good breakfast. They also have a nice dining area. They were quick to replace whatever meal that was getting low.
Overall, it was a great experience.
During check out, i waited for a long time for the lady at the counter who said she went to take care of something. However, she apologized when she returned.
