Pros:

Was never ever able to watch TV control missing battery requested to the agents never provided a battery

Cons:

Couldn’t watch TV remote was missing battery 3 nights requesting a battery and front desk never provided one but yet I dirty a towel with lipstick they charged me $500 pesos gave me the towel to take and when I got home washed it and lipstick was removed. Now I wonder if they use detergent to wash the towels or sheets from beds

It was okay
Pros:

It was located where I need it. It was clean and nice for one night.

Cons:

I told the staff who charge the room and show her the invoice I already paid. Hence she insisted in her system was not paid. I told her I don’t like been charge twice regardless of the money will be returned. Since she said it did not show paid I pay her and she over charge me. I told her and made the refund. Got me that means my bank will charge me twice for the 2 transactions since is a foreign country.
