El servicio de desayuno estaba agradable. tenia lo basico para un desayuno y opciones para cambiar cada dia.

NO me gusto que se selecciona una habitación donde se supone hay un sofacama para una tercera persona, y ese sofacama es indormible, asi es que, si van a ofrecer esto como una cama opción de cama adicional, por lo menos que sea cómodo para la persona que lo va a utilizar. Al final ni nos cambiaron la habitación, Así es que el sofacama es solo para utilizar como sofá, porque al abrirlo queda un hueco en la mitad, que no creo que ninguna persona lo tolere toda una noche.
Desde el comienzo se mencionó que éramos tres las personas y todos los días debimos pedir las toallas de la tercera persona.

Lo que me gusto fue la atención que me dieron y lo rápido que se resolvió la problemática

La llegada se me dió mi habitación pero tenía un olor raro, me cambiaron al tercer piso y a las tres horas el aire acondicionado dejo de funcionar afortunadamente lo volvieron a resolver y me cambiaron al sexto piso en donde ya no había ningún problema y gracias
