I would not stay here again
Pros:

It's very clean

Cons:

The AC unit stopped working in the middle of the night . Had to go downstairs to get someone to come up because phone didn't even have a cord . They couldn't accommodate us with another room I asked this morning for some type of credit and they couldn't do it either .

Pros:

Was never ever able to watch TV control missing battery requested to the agents never provided a battery

Cons:

Couldn’t watch TV remote was missing battery 3 nights requesting a battery and front desk never provided one but yet I dirty a towel with lipstick they charged me $500 pesos gave me the towel to take and when I got home washed it and lipstick was removed. Now I wonder if they use detergent to wash the towels or sheets from beds
