Frühstück war top! inkl. glutenfreiem Angebot. Auch das Personal da war sehr freundlich, aufgestellt und zuvorkommend.

Poorly managed and unsecure hotel to stay
Cons:

I arrived at the hotel at 01:30AM and they made me to wait for almost 1 and half hours for check-in process to complete. I had kids by my side and they were fully exhausted and there was no politeness, courtesy or empathy from the hotel staff.
Staff who made us feel this was Lucas.
Another incident that made me feel bad was our bag was stolen inside the hotel premises and there was no help or support from the management to find the bag. They simply said that someone might have robbed. We lost things that was around 400£ that was inside the bag.
A very poor and an unsecure hotel to stay.
