Disminuir la càrrega laboral!
Pros:

Situació, bon transport públic per anar al centre, els serveis generals. Personal atent.

Cons:

A les habitacions feia falta major neteja (mampara amb cal, racons...). Si les cambreres de pisos tinguessin menys càrrega laboral, segur que podrien fer millor la seva feina.

Cet hôtel nous a relogé dans un hôtel du groupe à Castelldefels, loin du centre de Bqrcelone, dans une chambre avec vue sur l'autoroute donc bruyante
Il nous a prévenu juste avant d'arriver à Barcelone. Très mécontente, ils nous ont menti indiquant un problème avec ́notre chambre alors qu’il y avait trop de réservation. Aucune compensation, aucun sens client, à fuir et à sortir de Booking. Cet hôtel n’a rien d’un 4 étoiles

The stay was pleasant.
Pros:

The professionalism of the staff was pleasant. And it is a nice location with accessibility to lots of malls, nice restaurants, and parks.

Cons:

Some of the facilities seem dated and old. Especially in the rooms with some of the furniture. I am sure that some upgrades will be done in the near future.
