Pros:

Drink options were great! My mother especially loved the endless coffee and fountain drinks, which are free! Staff is always very helpful, nice and respectful. We went to celebrate her birthday and it was great. IHOP was very clean, great food, prices were reasonable and servers were welcoming

I didn't like that i could not get a late check out
My mom fell and she was in pain, did not go sleep till about 3.we didn't get enough sleep. But the security people were amazing helping me with my mom.
