Molto sporco, incomprensibile come possa stare su booking. Mobili rotti, ammalorati, sporchi, buttati dentro a caso, biancheria macchiata, non c era spazio, non c erano le prese per le lampade (rotte) appoggiate sopra dei mobiletti traballanti posizionati accanto al letto, niente per appoggiare i prodotti in doccia, doccia con telo in plastica (!!), ubicato molto lontano dal centro. Siamo stati accolti in uno scantinato maleodorante in cui c è stato chiesto di versare una cauzione!!

Het appartement is ideaal gelegen om Annecy te bezoeken.
Ideaal voor een tweetal nachten.
Alle basiscomfort is er.
Groot pluspunt is dat honden zijn toegelaten.
Het is netjes, handdoeken en lakens worden voorzien.
Wij kunnen het zeker aanraden voor korte termijn, voor lager zouden wij zelf meer comfort wensen.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, molto comoda per il centro di Annecy. Fantastico il fatto che abbia un posto auto privato all'interno del cortile. Stante il caldo abbiamo molto apprezzato che ci abbiano messo due ventilatori. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato molto disponibile.

Cons:

Forse metterei un vasetto di caffé e due bustine di tisane/ infusi per gli ospiti, per permettere di fare colazione.

Pros:

El hospedaje era grande y cómodo, 2 habitaciones separadas para 2 parejas, un gran living comedor, nos dieron toallas y elementos de higiene. Lo mejor fue que llegamos bastante tarde, después de la hora de check in y Daniel nos esperó, nos explicó todo y fue muy amable. También nos dio recomendaciones para cenar. Muy comodo, volvería.

La fonctionnalité de l'appartement.
Un ventilateur était prévu, très important vu la chaleur! Merci!

Cons:

Il manquait la clim! Bon, c'était les deux jours les plus caniculaires...
Les chiens sont acceptés et c'est très bien. Par contre, quelqu'un a eu la "bonne" idée de mettre de la colle sur le petit carré végétal derrière le bâtiment et notre chienne s'est retrouvée avec les pattes pleines de colle! Très difficile à enlever! Je dois dire que nous étions furieux, d'autant que nous avons pour principe de ramasser les déchets canins.
