Estancia muy agradable
Pros:

Nos encantó la cabaña; era como estar en una casita propia: muy bonita, cómoda, confortable y silenciosa, incluso mejor de lo que esperábamos.

El hotel está ubicado directamente sobre la playa, cerca de otros hoteles, pero lo suficientemente apartado como para disfrutar de mucha tranquilidad. Además, todo está a poca distancia caminando.

La atención del personal fue maravillosa.

Cons:

No nos gustó que en el área de la piscina hubiera una pareja de huéspedes con una bocina poniendo su propia música a un volumen alto. Nosotros estábamos buscando tranquilidad, y en ese momento solo ellos estaban escuchando su música, lo que resultaba molesto para los demás. Considero que imponer este tipo de ambiente al resto de los huéspedes no es apropiado, y me sorprendió que el personal del hotel lo permitiera.

En otra ocasión, al regresar de cenar, vimos en el lobby a un miembro del personal que, de manera muy amable, estaba encendiendo un porro de marihuana para una clienta. Aunque la situación nos pareció curiosa, también proyectó una imagen poco profesional del hotel. Entiendo que el ambiente en Playa Venao puede ser relajado, pero considero que ciertos límites ayudan a mantener una experiencia más equilibrada para todos los huéspedes.

Schöne Lage am Surferstrand
Pros:

Sehr schöne, kleine Häuschen, mit zwei riesigen Doppelbetten ausgestattet. Gepflegte Anlage, direkt am langen Surferstrand. Ruhig, keine Musik, viele Kinder am grossen, sauberen Infinitypool am Wochenende. Eine grosse jüdische Gemeinschaft, vorwiegend junge Familien mit kleineren Kindern, lebt hier in Langzeitmiete seit der Corona Pandemie. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Fussdistanz. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Badezimmer war nicht sauber geputzt. Grosse Baustelle beim Eingang der Anlage. Der Eigentümer baut dort drei riesige Häuser. Wir haben keinen Baulärm gehört.

Pricey but with great value and a lot of ammenitites.
Pros:

Room was great, very big. Indoor and outdoor seating area with even an extra bed. Walking closet and good size bathroom. Bed was very comfy. Walking a bit but if you want privacy, somethings gotta give.

Cons:

A lot of kids, it would be great its stated somewhere, but overall nice. It kinda makes sense since its the only one with a tobogan on site with a great sized pool. At some points if you wanted to relax, there was a lot of noise.

This is a lovely location - it just needs a bit of care and maintenance.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful and friendly and professional. The Sushi Bar staff & food were both great. The location is perfect and the pool was pristine. In the main restaurant, Natasha is a shining star. Her smile and personality were awesome. Maria (housekeeper) went out of her way to make us welcome.

Cons:

I was here last year; and the restaurant was very noticeably degraded -- almost shabby with damaged furniture. The menus were tattered and there were less drink options. The landscaping was also neglected with patches of weeds where gardens used to be...

Não pode ser chamado de resort e talvez também não de hotel.
Pros:

localização, conforto da cama e staff.

Cons:

Estrutura de serviços.
Os restaurantes são terceirizados e abrem e fecham quando querem. Fiquei sem ter onde almoçar por decidirem fechar ao meio dia para preparar um jantar especial. Nao tem secador de cabelo, tem que pedir. E nao tem tomada no banheiro. Em resumo, vc precisa levar sua comida e agua. Falam que nao pode levar pet, mas era o que mais tinha no hotel. Falam que nao pode levar cooler com alimentos e bebidas para a piscina, mas nao tem serviço de bar e restaurante adequado. Tudo isso seria aceitável se o preço da diária nao fosse o de um four seasons.
