Péssimo considerando o custo benefício

Apenas da localização.

Cons:

O quarto equipado apenas com ventilador apresenta um custo extremamente elevado diante da estrutura oferecida. Além do valor incompatível com a qualidade da hospedagem, o ambiente sequer dispõe de frigobar, o que considero um verdadeiro absurdo para a diária cobrada.
A cama de casal também era muito pequena, comprometendo significativamente o conforto dos hóspedes.
Quanto à chamada “área de lazer”, na prática ela não atende adequadamente quem se hospeda no local. Trata-se de um espaço meramente ilustrativo, aparentemente mantido apenas para constar no anúncio e tentar justificar o valor excessivamente alto cobrado pela hospedagem.
