Hotel von außen, nicht soweit von Autobahn, freundlichen Personal

Cons:

Also in Zimmer Klimaanlage war da aber kaum funktioniert hat , in Badezimmer Duschkabine nicht richtig sauber war und Toilette WC Sitz war kaputt . WiFi auch nicht richtig funktioniert .Zum Frühstück kaum Auswahl nicht wie auf Bildern vorhanden

la colazione era buona, il personale di sala molto cortese

Cons:

nonostante il notevole prezzo pagato (superiore alla media richiesta dalla struttura normalmente) abbiamo trovato lo scarico del bidet staccato dall'impianto quindi fuoriusciva acqua, la ventola del bagno non funzionava e non c'era finestra, nella doccia c'era la saponetta usata da precedenti ospiti e anche nella tazza c'era l'acqua sporca. la notte siamo stati divorati dalle zanzare e la mattina ci siamo resi conto che la piscina in realtà ha acqua stagnante da molto molto tempo (è verde e piena di insetti).

The breakfast croissants were warm.

Cons:

The bed was very poor quality and hard. The single pillow per person was about 3-1/2” thick - before you laid your head down and compacted it. The room had zero toilet paper and we asked the sullen front desk clerk for some but he forgot so we had to ask him a second time. Then we discovered the room did not have running water…a mere dribble would come out. We had to go back down and notify him of that. A half hour later the water worked. In the morning the heavy handle of the tiny shower stall fell off and landed on my toe. The hallways smelled of barn yard (straw,urine and animal manure) The deferred maintenance is significant.

Cons:

Bagno un po’ datato, colazione un po’ misera per un 4 stelle. In generale non sembra un 4 stelle ma rapportato hai prezzi degli Hotel a Caserta, se non pensi che sia un 4 stelle è ok per un breve soggiorno

Vergognosa la colazione, presenti solo fette biscottate e muffin incartati! arriviamo ed i cornetti erano finiti attendiamo 20 minuti in cui molta gente si lamenta ma poi ne escono meno di 10 e finiti subito...morale della favola...abbiamo fatto la colazione a un bar vicino!stanze non silenziose, mi sono affacciata e la piscina era verde nonostante un week end molto caldo ed il prezzo per la qualità offerta è eccessivo.

Soggiorno di due notti e un giorno molto accogliente, personale gentile e soprattutto la signora (proprietaria) di una gentilezza impagabile. Che dire tutto molto pulito e sistemato al dettaglio. Lo consiglio vivamente da rivisitare. Siamo stati molto bene con il mio compagno.

Sicuramente la piscina ne vale la pena molto grande..
