Worst Hotels to stay in Da Nang
Pros:

This hotel doesn't deserve a 4 star rating but a 2 star rating. The reception staff being impolite to toiletries not being supplied in the hotel. The room cleaning service was terrible and do not expect your room to be cleaned daily. We went for breakfast and they refused to serve us bread as it got over, and we waited for 30 minutes just for us to be informed the same. The rooms around are noisy, locals around make a lot of noise and the staff doesn't care about that. Also the hotel has an office in their hotel so lot of chaos all the time. Overall experience was very bad. Not recommended for stay and food both.

Pros:

The hotel was lovely. Really friendly staff. We've just visited and the pool was very quiet and we mainly had it to ourselves. Not sure if this is due to time of year. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is very deep though even the smaller one.

The service of Mr Tai is excellent. We are so pleased with his helpful behavior.He is very nice and friendly. He took our photos and he is very patient. He also gives the best service to us. He even gives us towers to dry up. Also he take cares of my friend, who can’t swim properly.

Nice budget four star Hotel
Pros:

This hotel has big rooms and nicely maintained , it has two wings , rooms are nicely decorated . Staff of this hotel are very supportive and caring. Breakfast spread was good and sufficient. Cost of accommodation here is very economical , which is value for the money.

The hotel dated dirty, there was not hot water in the room a lizard ran out of the shower. There was no air conditioning Bar to relax and have drink in, And for the staff very unhelpful I wouldn’t even give it a one star

Very very very bad hotel. The service is horrible. The staff is very unprofessional. The hotel was very dirty. The food quality was very bad and there was no variety in food items for vegetarian. The staff was very lazy and and very unprofessional.

I would not recommend any one to stay at this hotel.

And this hotel should not be a 4 star hotel. It should be demoted to 3 star or even 2 star is good for this type hotel.

There was a staff called Mr Tai and he was a very easy and welcoming person and he never fails to lights up our day. There were numerous occasions where he saw people feeling down and he did not hesitate to console him. he also helped us a lot when we asked.

Nice 4 Star budget hotel
Pros:

Hotel has very big and nice rooms in two wings. Rooms and beds were very clean. Morning breakfast was good ,but spread could have been more. Staffs are well behaved and nice. But be careful if you lost key you have to pay for it. Rates are reasonable and budget friendly. Location is very near to airport.

A very delightful stay at Eden PlazavDa Nang hotel
Pros:

The hotel overall is very elegant. The staffs are very polite and helpful. Especially I would like to mention Yen Trang, who helped us during our entire stay. The hotel is very close to airport and at the heart of city center.

Pros:

The facilities and staff are really nice. Our visit coincided with the worst rain and flooding in thirty years but the staff worked so hard to keep normalcy. We attended a wedding reception held there as well. The food and service was really great!

Pros:

The hotel was extremely overpriced compared to similar hotels in Da Nang. For USD 30 there are better places.
None of the amenities advertised were available, as advertised. Pool closed several hours before posted schedule, it was cold, and jacuzzi had been drained. Spa was closed. Shops were closed.
Local area not good for walking, few places to eat and like the rest of Da Nang, not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.
Even considering that Tet is a terrible time to travel in Vietnam, as everything is closed, there are many better places to stay.

밤에 차소리가 너무 심하고, 방에서 곰팡이 냄새가 너무 많이 납니다. 메이드분이 노크도 없이 방에 불쑥 문을 열어서 황당했습니다. 샤워장도 너무 지저분했습니다.

숙소 컨디션은 나쁘지 않았어요. 수압이 아주 약해서 불편했고 수영장이 무척 깊은 수영장이네요. 호이안에서 택시 타고 도착했는데, 호텔 앞에서 근무하시는 분들이 택시기사가 바가지 씌운것 아닌가 확인하는게 재미있었습니다 ㅎㅎㅎ
