Lors de mon arrivée, l’accueil a clairement laissé à désirer : je me suis présenté à la réception sans même recevoir un bonjour de la part de la personne présente. Par ailleurs, la soirée a été assez chaotique. Ma chambre était située au premier étage, juste au-dessus de la terrasse, où des personnes sont restées jusqu’à minuit. Le bruit se faisait entendre jusque dans la chambre, ce qui a rendu le séjour désagréable. En revanche, la chambre en elle-même était plutôt correcte.

Personnel très prévenant, inquiets de ne pas nous voir arrivés à 20h. Ont envoyé un très gentil message en t'expliquant bien les consignes pour 1 arrivée tardive qu'on avait déjà reçu et en demandant qu'on accusé réception avec aussi un numéro de portable en cas de souci. Parking à double enceinte, double grille à code. Ascenseur pour accéder aux chambres. Pratique quand on part en voyages avec de lourdes valises.

Pros:

Bel établissement qui a l'avantage d'être assez proche de l'aéroport de Lyon St Exupéry, mais qui du même coup voit passé au-dessus de son toit de nombreux avions, assez bas et donc générant beaucoup de bruit. Sinon le reste est top !
