This was quite possibly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I have never written a review on here before but I am so shocked by the other reviews that I had to chime in. This place was dirty and falling apart. There was a gross red chunk on the comforter, the bottom of the bathroom door was rotting and peeling off, the caulking around the sink was moldy, the faucet was barely holding on to the sink, the ceiling had a huge weird gap between it and the wall. People were slamming doors all night. It was not good at all. I really do not understand the good reviews of this hotel but they seriously led me astray :-( I’m upset that I had to pay for this room

Pros:

Literie confortable

Cons:

Impossible d'arrêter la climatisation, si ce n'est en coupant l'électricité de la chambre.
Pas de rideau de douche.
La carte d'ouverture de porte s'est démagnétisée le matin.
Tres mauvaise isolation phonique par rapport a l'extérieur.
L'hôtel se trouve maintenant collé a des travaux énormes de construction d'un viaduc géant, il est difficile d'accès.

Big spacious suite, amazing city views, great service, well furnished
Pros:

Big suite with amazing city views from two sides of windows, can see the RTS construction in progress, great value for the price. Good sound-proofing, comfy beds, strong central air-con and clean room. Check-in counter and housekeeping staff were polite and fast, great work. This is my second visit, and this suite is much better than the previous one, with better furnishing and facilities. Living room armchairs are new and firm, there is a bedroom armchair, TV works well, bathroom has a shower curtain, and both bedside reading lamps work well. Keep up the great work!

Cons:

Due to RTS construction, can only enter from Jalan Ngee Heng side entrance which is an awkward detour. Bathroom door is quite creaky, and room cupboards are a bit old and worn. There is some renovation work going on during day time, including painting of interior walls, but not noisy.
