Pros:

L'hôtel est situé dans le centre ville, donc quartier animé et pratique.
La gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

L'eau chaude tiédasse.
Les jours dans la porte d'entrée qui réduisent à néant les efforts de la climatisation.
Le fait de devoir payer un minimum de 3000 baths pour avoir une table au restaurant de l'hôtel, alors que nous sommes clients de l'établissement.

De locatie van het hotel is goed en het zwembad en de accommodatie zelf zagen er prima uit. Helaas is onze ervaring volledig overschaduwd door een ernstig incident waardoor mijn dochter en ik ons niet langer veilig voelden in het hotel.

Cons:

Tijdens ons verblijf zat ik samen met mijn 18-jarige dochter bij het zwembad. Een mannelijke hotelgast vroeg of hij een foto van ons mocht maken. Wij hebben heel duidelijk nee gezegd.

Later ontdekten we dat hij ondanks onze duidelijke afwijzing stiekem foto’s en filmpjes van ons maakte, ook terwijl wij in het zwembad waren.

Ik heb hem hiermee geconfronteerd en medewerkers van het hotel zijn erbij gekomen. De beelden zijn verwijderd en de man werd op dat moment weggestuurd.

Wat ik heel kwalijk vind, is dat wij ons daarna zo onveilig voelden dat uiteindelijk wij degenen waren die het hotel moesten verlaten. Wij hadden niets verkeerd gedaan. Onze grens was bewust geschonden, maar wij moesten onze spullen pakken en ons verblijf voortijdig beëindigen.

Voor mij gaat gastvrijheid niet alleen over een mooie kamer of een goed zwembad. Als twee vrouwen aangeven dat hun privacy en veiligheid zijn geschonden, verwacht ik dat een hotel daar verantwoordelijkheid voor neemt en ervoor zorgt dat zij zich weer veilig kunnen voelen.

Helaas was dat voor ons niet het geval en heeft dit incident een enorme impact gehad op ons verblijf.

תמיד בודקים שהכל בסדר

אין לי מילים לתאר את ההלם שקיבלתי שנכנסנו לחדר
ישן כזה לא מעוצב
אבל מהר מאוד שינינו אווירה ונהנינו במקסימום

اعجبتي موقع الفندق والنظافة والحفلات على الشاطئ كانت ممتعه جدا. وسعدت باحتفاء الفندق بذكرى ميلادي
كانت اقامتي مريحة جداً وحزنت عند مغادرتي المتتحع فعلياً

تحديد وقت لتنظيف الغرفة بان لايكون بعد الساعة الثانية ولايوجد خدمة توصيل الاكل للغرفة

The location is excellent, close to the nightlife and the shopping mall. In the evening, the beach club has a great atmosphere.

The bed is comfortable, and the staff are very friendly.

Cons:

The air conditioning didn’t work very well, making it difficult to cool the room. The shower water pressure was too low, and the water temperature kept alternating between hot and cold without adjusting the settings.

If you want to swim at the beach, I recommend walking a little farther along the shore, as the seabed directly in front of the beach club is covered with seaweed.
