Geweldig zorgeloos verblijf!

Goed hotel prijs/kwaliteit.
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, goed onthaal.
Kamers voorzien van alle comfort.
Zeer ruime badkamer.

Goede ligging naast het ziekenhuis

Cons:

Kamer was slecht onderhouden, er zat geen lamp in de staande lamp, ook hingen de gordijnen niet goed, gordijnen zaten niet in de gordijn haken. Maakten zeer onverzorgde indruk.
We hebben hier over geklaagd bij de receptie, het werd laat op de avond opgelost. We zouden terug gebeld worden door de manager, dat moet dus nog gebeuren. Reen reclame!

Laat het zich verkopen als zorg hotel, daar is de locatie uitermate gescihikt voor. Maar laat andere consumenten niet ervan gebruik maken. De prijs is niet om verhouding tot de kwaliteit

Teleurstelling
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Heerlijke vers gebakken omelet.

Cons:

Ik heb vorig jaar geboekt bij Hotel Udens Duyn. Wat mij niet duidelijk was bij het boeken, is dat het hotel zich (deels) richt op gasten met een zorg- of revalidatievraag. Dat is niet iets waarvoor ik bewust gekozen zou hebben.

Daarnaast viel de hygiëne tegen: vieze voegen, gelige kalkaanslag in de wasbak en een vuile zeepdispenser. Het bed lag prima, maar het beddengoed was oud en pillerig.

Very nice just for an overnight stay

Cons:

We were not aware it's a recovery facility. So it looks a bit like a care home and there is obviously for that reason people recovering from injuries around

Goede plek, maar ik viel toch een beetje uit de toon.
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, behulpzaam, oplettend. Ik moest om een reden wat vroeger komen en het bleek geen probleem te zijn om vroeger in te checken.

Cons:

Ik had toch graag een extra kaart gehad. Ik had een paar spullen om op te laden, maar de enige sleutel die ik kreeg, was ook nodig om elektriciteit te laten werken. Een extra in de kamer had het makkelijker gemaakt. Gewoon iets voor de volgende keer. Ik was een beetje gehaast, dus ik kon er geen vragen.
