Molto soddisfacente
Pros:

Bella ,pulita, moderna , piscinetta comode per rilassarsi mezz’ora .staff veramente eccezionale per cortesia e disponibilità . Una menzione speciale per la ragazza della reception. Liz?

Cons:

L’accesso al mare in quella zona è impedito dalla presenza dei resort sulla spiaggia e bisogna spostarsi un bel po’ per trovare un accesso pubblico

Cons:

Niet schoon en ziet er op foto's mooier uit dan t is. Zwembaden niet om te zwemmen maar meer om te zitten. Binnenzwembad zit in ontbijtgedeelte dus daar ga je niet in.

Lo staff molto antipatico, erano sempre al cellulare e non hanno nemmeno parlato l’inglese, quindi era quasi impossibile comunicare. Inoltre le (poche!) volte in qui abbiamo fatto una domanda sembrava che ci stessero deridendo….
La colazione deludente.
La camera piccola e in bagno in 2 non ci stavamo. Inoltre in 4 notti non ci hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola. E neanche gli ascugamani…infatti per farli cambiare li dovevamo mettere davanti alla porta.
La pulizia pessima, non hanno neanche passato l’aspirapolvere.


La cosa piú divertente era che una dipendente che stava alla reception e non ci ha mai salutati ci ha chiesto di menzionarla in una recensione positiva….

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien, les chambres sont grandes et le personnel vraiment très très gentil, un GRAND merci à eux! ♡

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner!! Vraiment ridicule, très déçu sur ça.

Vous devriez retirer la piscine du bas qui fait juste beau dans le hall et dont personne ne ce sert et faire un vrai buffet petit déjeuner!

Belle surprise
Pros:

L'emplacement est très bien pour profiter de la rue principale de Koh samui et accéder à la plage. Petit déjeuner correct. Chambre confortable. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Petite chambre bien équipée avec petite cuisine d’appoint pratique. Décoration soignée, literie confortable. Piscine en effet vraiment petite, mais c’est mignon et cosy. Pour ceux qui s’en plaignent la plage est à 50 mètres…
