Pros:

Привітний персонал, відмінний room service, гарний інтерьер, смачні сніданки. Дякую!

Cons:

Треба враховувати, що номери стандарт дуже компактні і можуть бути затісні для двох.

Раньше было лучше!!!
Pros:

Близко к центру и метро

Cons:

1. В улучшенном номере украли холодильник. Место под холодильник был, а холодильник не было.
2. Тонкие стены, ночами участвовали в радио секс мероприятиях…
3. Ужасное обслуживание в ресторане на завтраке!
Первый день, в ресторане было 4 человек, мы ждали 20минут яичницу, принесли холодную. Закончили завтрак и подождали10 минут, собирались уйти, принесли десерт…, который естественно не пробовав ушли.
Второй день: только нас двое, подождали 35минут , принесли яичницу, после не принесли десерт!!!
Третий день, много народа, принесли яичницу через минут 15, но поскольку я сказал что у них проблемы с обслуживанием, то сразу принесли кофе с десертом.
Оказывается и так можно было!!!
Вообщем у отеля есть проблемы в ресторане!

Pros:

Номери були чисті, персонал привітний,у нас був сніданок включений. Ми попередньо зробили замовлення на сніданок ввечері і на вказаний час він був готовий . Велика порція і дали ще круасани дуже смачні( ми на них не розраховували 😁) доречі сніданок смачний

Pros:

Місцерозташування - клас, але все інше - мінус.
Як у 2026 році на ТВ немає YouTube...
Сніданки - не зрозумілі, шведської лінії немає - на сніданок 6 позицій у меню, у перший день на питання "чи є безлактозне молоко" - дівчина здивовано сказала "в нас такого немає", але на другий день благо воно з'явилося (бо всі позиції в меню включать в себе молочний продукт), єдиний плюс - круасан у якості компліменту
А ще - є тумба під назвою "Міні бар", але коли відкриваєш - ні холодильнику, ні бару

Pros:

Зручне розташування. Персонал привітний. Працівники допомогли мені з декільками дрібницями, що було дуже приємно. Чисто, прибирання було кожен день.
Тихо, спокійно. Інтер’єр мені сподобався.
Трохи пошарпаний? - так. але я люблю місця з старовинним вайбом, тому для мене це не мінус
