I always feel safe and comfortable here. The shelter has WiFi, beds and toilet which was useful a few of the nights. The rooms are modern, large and comfortable, the location is great and staff are friendly. I’ll be back!

Зручний номер, є все необхідне. Сніданок у номер досить непоганий. Зручне ліжко.
Посуд зі сніданку не забирають з номеру. Навіть коли виставила в коридор він простояв там до ранку. Ключ не у вигляді картки, а просто ключ із величезним брелком, який не влазив у сумку. Охорони готелю я не побачила, по суті зайти може кожен.

На кухне в лобби нужно установить вытяжку чтобы запах прогорклого масла не распространялся по всем этажам гостиницы во время приготовления завтрака
I don't usually have breakfast but my colleagues mentioned it was delicious, The front desk staff are so friendly and supportive. The will go out of their way to help you. as it was extremely cold in Kyiv although they heating was working in the hotel, the staff offered extra heater... just amazing service
