Friendly staff and very clean and modern. We got a free room upgrade upon checking in, which was a lovely surprise. They gave us a hand written welcome card and chocolates. The view from the roof was awesome, and the breakfast was nice. They had a range of coffee to select from, which I enjoyed.
The water pressure kept dipping in and out constantly, and the location felt a little unsafe, especially in the evening time, but other than that, it was a lovely hotel.
Very clean, the staff were very friendly. They kindly booked a taxi for us to go back to the airport and stored out luggage. Nice terrace.
We stayed as football fans following Newcastle Utd. If you were staying for a shot trip it’s perfect.
The road outside the property is noisey and busy but it didn’t affect sleep. The people on the street are no trouble if you just keep yourself to yourself.

Le personnel est au petit soin. J'ai réservé quelques minutes avant mon arrivée et j'avais in petit mot de bienvenue dans la chambre. Les chambres sont assez petites mais fonctionnelles, le petit déjeuner est basique.
L'emplacement... dans un quartier "animé "... ce n'est pas le terme que j'aurais employé. Situé dans une rue étroite où nous ne nous sentions pas en sécurité du tout. Ce n'est pas l'endroit où dormir si vous souhaitez faire la fête la nuit.
