A começar pela ótima localização, sendo que no geral as instalações do hotel são boas, quarto limpo e bem confortável. Os funcionários são atenciosos. Tudo certo.

Quarto e banheiro muito limpos, cama e chuveiro bons. Café da manhã excelente, muito variado.
Ao lado do shopping Flamboyant, mas um pouco longe do centro de convenções ( fui para um congresso aí)
Quarto muito pequeno e separado de outro por uma porta fechada fazendo com que a acústica fosse muito ruim.

Atendimento pelo pessoal é excelente. Muito gentis e prestativos. Todo pessoal muito bem eduacado e solícitos.
A poltrona do meu quarto estava bem encardida (suja). As paredes com mofo nos banheiros. Deu a impressão de baixa limpeza, mas me pareceu ser falta de manutenção preventiva. Ah, se tivesse tomadas de celular seria bem legal.
