O hotel NÃO emitiu Nota Fiscal logo após minha saída. Tive de telefonar 3 vezes depois e um mês após a estadia, o hotel ainda não emitiu as Notas Fiscais dos 3 hóspedes cuja hospedagem paguei para reembolso.

Falta de atenção do funcionário ao deixar de emitir nota fiscal ! A norma da empresa é receber a emissão da NF no mesmo dia do débito do cartão corporativo ou, no máximo no dia seguinte ! Avisei no Checkin a noite essa necessidade minha, passei os dados da empresa, no checkout no dia seguinte não estava pronto, pedi prioridade e falaram “ Quem emite a nota está em reunião “ e não pode emitir nota !!! Ou seja, o cliente que se dane com a falta de um hotel desse porte que não tem atenção com o cliente mesmo quando se explica com antecedência !!! Muito desagradável !!! São 20:45 h e não recebi a nota fiscal até agora !!! Será que é necessário passar por isso ou, é um hotel que sonega impostos !!!???
