Cons:

I was charged the same price as a mid to high range Hyatt room, for facilities without air conditioning (in one of the warmest areas of the country) a lumpy bed with ultra small hard pillows

Felt like a home away from home.
Pros:

The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They learned my kids’ names and made sure everyone was happy and taken care of. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lots of opportunities for bird watching. The hotel is just far enough away from the noise of downtown but close enough to have easy access to all restaurants, major highways etc.

Pros:

The pool was great. Those in our group that went to the on site restaurant for dinner enjoyed the meal. We got to watch tropical birds and iguanas from our poolside villa.

Cons:

Finding the place was an adventure. Google maps led us astray and we had a hard time finding the entrance.

If my room had been properly cleaned and really should be fumigated I would have been pleased with the stay.

My room had 100s of ants in the kitchen and spider webs with live spiders in the bathroom and in the corner near my bed.

Part of the windows are not covered by the curtains, then as soon as sunrise, it is too much light in the room.
There was no water drain in the shower property, which was very slow and ended like a swimming pool.

I didn't eat breakfast. It was a nice room.

Cons:

I had dinner and it was awful. The hamburger buns were stale and the two hamburgers were burnt to a crisp. It was inedible but the Manager did not charge me after she saw it.

Le petit déjeuner etait bon des pan cakes avec des fruits .

La piscine vetuste ne correspondait pas aux photos sur le site .Très déçu en arrivant nous ne nous sommes pas baignés. Le jardin n'est est pas entretenu ,La nuit nous avons entendu des chiens et de la musique . Concernant le dîner, j ai demandé les fajitas sur le menu et j ai été servi que de poulet et riz sans fajitas . Le dessert un seul de disponible des fruits au sirop que nous n avons pas pû manger .
