We cane with family, booked 4 suits .. the beat category in this hotel which was our favorite

The experience was good, and “Ula” and “Salah” hosted us very professionally.
The hilton suites jabal omar was an excellent hotel,the service and hospitality was awesome.The buffet was fantastic ,a lot of different food varietes.I and my family enjoyed it.The hotel is in close distance to the masjid al haram and I want to make a special thanks to host Tanvir and Al-amin the hosts had good welcoming and always greeting us with a smile

Best hotel ever i stayed. Staffs were very courteous and nice. Always at our service. I must mention two names Mr. Abdul Ahad ( Floor Manager) and Mr. Fathy (Restaurants Manager) were outstanding. Always ask us about our meal experience. Thanks a lot guys.

The location is wonderful just a cross Alharam, rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff are extremely jolly and helpful especially the reception and dinning. At the breakfast every staff were very welcoming and friendly. Some that I rember their names Rajab, Ula, Muneer, Sami, Ramadhan. In Sha Allah will come back whenever vising Maccah and for sure will recommend others.
