A lovely dining experience made even better by the amazing service from Jacky and Simi. They were incredibly sweet, attentive, and constantly made sure we had everything we needed. Their warm attitude and genuine care really stood out and made us feel very comfortable throughout the meal. Service like this truly makes a difference — thank you both for making our visit so pleasant!

The Westin Singapore is a wonderful hotel with fabulous service and excellent staff. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating and very kind to share information about the area while we spent three days here pre-cruise. The restaurant where we had breakfast was plentiful with choices from different cultural options. Again the staff was very welcoming and made us feel special as Bonvoy gold members.
We love the Westin hotel because of the incredible heavenly bedding, pillows, and included amenities, and Westin is our first choice when traveling. The Singapore Westin did not disappoint.

The buffet was overall satisfying however the service was splendid. Zyaira and Bryan is patient and friendly. Love the vibes there too.

The Westin hotel was wonderful. It’s a great location, has oversized hotel rooms, beautiful pool, great spa and wonderful club lounge. The food and staff at the club lounge was amazing and so was the spa. Simi gives an incredible massage and we loved the club lounge team: Ben, Cora, Sherrian, Gabby & Lina for the best service.
This is a belated acknowledgement of the most wonderful stay we had at the Westin Singapore. One member of our travelling party had significant mobility problems and the team at the Westin were so helpful, caring and kind in making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel organised a mobility scooter for us, delivered it directly to the hotel, and it was waiting for us when we arrived. The accessible room was fantastic, and all the facilities, such as the awesome pool, were easy to access.
All the hotel staff were tremendous - particular thanks to the Concierge team, including Mohammed and Zentary, for assisting us with transport and ensuring the drivers took good care of us. And, gratitude also to the compassionate executive lounge team, including Chef Ng, Cora, Sherrain, Saige, Wynne, Lina, Gwynneth and Ben. (I am sure I have forgotten some staff - sorry!)
The hotel is very well located, near shops, food courts, and outdoor markets. For those with mobility challenges, all footpaths near the hotel are flat, well-maintained, and have easy-to-use ramps.

If you want a hotel that is comfortable, I cannot recommend this hotel more. Of course, the beds are always amazing at every Westin, but everything else is top notch at a reasonable price. The lounge is great with amazing service from all the staff. The pool is very insta worthy with plenty of loungers. The location is in the financial district but only a 10 minute walk from Marina Bay. We like to walk so we never took transit but transit is very easy to access in 3-5 minutes and of course you can always get a Grab ride. Would definitely stay again!

The room was spacious, bright, and perfect for relaxation. The location is excellent, close to MBS and the CBD, easy to get around, yet still peaceful. I love how quiet and calming the room felt — the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and enjoy a wellness getaway in the city.
The wellness activities like yoga and sound bath were amazing, and I hope to join more of the hotel’s events next time.

I had the most wonderful massage by Yenni at the spa during my stay. It was 10/10 and one of the best massages I've ever had. She was so kind and checked in regularly. If you are staying at the hotel or in the area, I fully recommend Yenni and her magical hands.
Margareth and Davina help me found my ear piece from the gym and help me search with so much enthusiasm. Sirinat helped me open the door otherwise cannot go swim.
Great location for this first class hotel. The concierge lounge serves a fantastic breakfast with great service from Gabmlz and Chef NG. Also a beautiful pool and gym that goes beyond most top hotels.
I would like to compliment the staff of the Executive Lounge. Gabriel, the manager, Ben, a waiter, Sharon, a waitress, and Ng, the chef provided excellent service, and the food Ng prepared was very good. Each one of them was very attentive and met our needs in a very professional manner.
Had a wonderful 60-minute massage and spa session at Heavenly Spa by Westin Singapore. Loved being able to enjoy the whirlpool and steam room before the treatment - such a relaxing start.
My therapist, Natchita, was incredible - truly the best massage and service I’ve ever experienced. Professional, intuitive, and deeply relaxing.

Check-in was overall excellent thanks to Hyriz Rizal and Gayatri warm welcome and great service throughout the process. I would also like to thank Kejentheran Murugesan for taking note and taking care of the stay needs as per our staycation intention. Thanks to them, the stay went off with a great start.
The club lounge staff:Sherrain, Vicky, and Lina were consistently attentive and friendly, creating a relaxing space throughout my stay. The happy hours selection was decent with a live station Roasted Duck on the eve of Lunar New Year! Offerings of Sparkling, Red and White Wine from 5-8pm was really something I enjoyed.
Breakfast was another highlight, with Darren delivering warm, thoughtful service each morning. Great selection including local favorites like Nasi Lemak and Laksa! It’s also one of the few hotels that offer ice creams and waffles during breakfast! Surprised to see the General Manager James Walkden also working serving on the first day of Lunar New Year Breakfast.
Upgraded to a corner room, comfy bed. Hotel wise: great pool, jacuzzi and gym facilities and accessible via the TEL MRT Shenton Way Station.
Truly a memorable experience.

Ambience is ok and overlooking of the city. Food is also and I have visited this restaurant quite a few times already for lunch.
