Our dining experience at the Seasonal Taste on my wife’s 70th birthday celebration was exceptional. We found that your staffs namely Annie, Myra, Chef JQ and Alvin were friendly, helpful and ready to assist when needed. Sou Chef and assistant Chef took the time to come out and chatted with us…. Kudos to the staffs at Seasonal Taste …oh before I forget to mention too Athena was our first contact and her patience and help made our experience 2nd to none …. Well done
As for the array of spreads , no complaints. A variety of food displayed and the taste was up to expectations.

We picked Westin for our Wedding Banquet and it was overall a great experience. From Day 1, our coordinator Alvin patiently answered all our questions and queries and guided us through an almost 1 year journey.

The food was simply amazing and all our guests loved it while the banquet service team was on the ball and quick to adapt to changes. Their service was also impeccable.

The bridal suite was huge with special arrangements like early check ins and late checkouts were entertained and had all the amenities that we required.

Overall, Westin really impressed us with the food, service, dedicated staff and coordinators and amenities. With the MRT exit leading directly to the entrance, convenience was also great

We had a great stay at the Westin Singapore. Gabriel and the entire staff in the club lounge were amazing! The pool area on 35 is relaxing and inviting. The Hotel location is excellent for all things you would want to do in the city including Lau Pa Sat hawker station is a 5 minute walk to great food options at great prices including the evening Satay Street.

Our stay at the Westin in Singapore exceeded our expectations. Everything was great from our room to the downtown location. The staff from bellhop to reception were all professional and courteous. Staff in the lounge for Platinum members was exceptional - Gabriel, Cora, Lina, and Ben. Chef Ng was the best ever. Always attentive, professional and extremely friendly. The lounge staff was superb and made our 5 nights here very memorable.

Having company annual dinner here at Seasonal Taste with a great view and nice food serving. Special thanks to Chef JQ and his team serving us throughout the dine in experience. Shall revisit with friends again

Check in was horrible. After a long flight you want someone who is helpful and takes care of you for the money you spend.
This hotel is one of the worst Westin hotels. I’m a titanium member and if they treat a regular customer like this you can imagine how bad they treat others!
Find a better alternative and use your hard earned money wisely!!

Thank you, Penny, the floor housekeeping room attendant for preparing our room so perfectly. Thank you so much to The Westin Singapore team for curating our welcome amenities including the Kueh Lapis platter - we enjoyed all the different versions including the prune filling, pandan, and curry flavors. The cut fruit, especially the watermelon, provided a welcome respite from the Singapore heat! Thank you to GM James Walkden, whom we met on the 32nd floor lobby, for leading such a brilliant, world class team. We look forward to many more stays at TWS in the future!

Spa atmosphere is relaxing and therapists give a good massage. The spa facilities like steam room and hot pool add a nice touch to the spa.If you want a good sports massage look for Yenni!

Jib is amazing. Firm strength and knows the right points to relieve. 2nd time I've had a massage with her and still a wonderful experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Cook & Brew. The atmosphere was relaxed yet stylish, perfect for unwinding after a long day or catching up with friends. The view from the restaurant added a nice touch, especially in the evening, and the service team was attentive without being intrusive. Special mention to Cary Hazel Marlou and Mark

The food was the highlight. Each dish was well presented and full of flavor, with thoughtful combinations that felt creative but still comforting. I especially enjoyed the mains and the sharing plates, which paired really well with their drinks selection.

Prices are reasonable for the quality and location, and the overall vibe strikes a good balance between casual and refined. I’d definitely return, whether for a laid-back dinner, drinks, or a small celebration. Highly recommended for anyone looking for good food with great ambience.

I did a 90minutes royal thai massage with masseuse Jacky, it was wonderful! She is so patient and kept checking on me during the massage. Needless to say, she is extremely skillful.

The staff at the hotel were exemplary, at all times ready to assist, special mention to Cova, Sherrain, Gabriel, Chef ng, but mostly Lina for constantly keeping me topped up with drinks and never once failing to offer a smile and a polite acknowledgment. What a treat to be greeted each day by the friendly and gracious team at the Club Lounge on level 35! They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and valued, and they meticulously maintain a comfortable indoor and outdoor lounge with gorgeous views. The abundant selection of food was delicious and beautifully displayed; and the chef even paid us a special visit to introduce a few extra, locally-grown specialties. And Mr. Ben provided exceptional, personalized service, with an attention to detail typically experienced in high end restaurants. This lounge is one of the best in the Marriott Bonvoy collection. The staff take pride in their work and a genuine interest in their guests.

While we interacted most often with the lounge staff, we’d be remiss to not also mention the wonderful attentiveness and friendliness of the rest of the staff and the beauty of the hotel. As the front desk worked diligently to fulfill our special request for early check in, we toured the hotel and were graciously invited to explore the beautiful bar and restaurant above it, the well equipped fitness center, and the gorgeous pool and deck, where we grabbed a lounge chair and relaxed in the peaceful breeze on soft lounge chairs. When we arrived to our room, our bags were waiting for us, provided for by the super efficient and friendly bell hops. Our room was meticulously clean with incredible views and the hotel housekeeping did an exception job in keeping it tidy and inviting both in the morning and during turn down service. Exceptional service! We look forward to our next visit!

I had a wonderful dining experience at The Westin Hotel Lounge in Singapore. The location is absolutely perfect, with an overlooking view of the harbor that is both stunning and incredibly relaxing. The ambiance alone makes it a memorable place to unwind. The food was excellent—everything was well-prepared and delicious—and the service was equally impressive, attentive, and professional. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience, and I will definitely come back again on my next visit to Singapore.
