la chambre de l’hôtel était très confortable, très propre avec une douche et une baignoire. Malheureusement la vue n’était pas au rendez-vous.
L’hôtel en lui-même est très bien ainsi que le petit déjeuner à l’étage du lobby. Aussi la proximité d’un métro est très intéressante pour pouvoir se rendre aux différentes attractions Touristiques.
Le staff du restaurant , car nous avons testé le buffet de fruits de mer et très agréable. Néanmoins, un accueil un peu plus chaleureux à la réception serait un Must.

Bed was extremely comfortable. Amenities within the hotel and room were also wonderful-especially the restroom.

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern hier. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, hochwertig eingerichtet und leise. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und das Personal ist sehr nett. Nach dem Trubel der Stadt ist dieses Hotel ein hervorragender Rückzugsort. Der Pool ist sehr schön, es gibt genügend Liegen und auch eine Bar gibt es dort. Das Gym ist auch sehr gut eingerichtet und 24h geöffnet. Alles in allem echt sehr empfehlenswert.

A lovely dining experience made even better by the amazing service from Jacky and Simi. They were incredibly sweet, attentive, and constantly made sure we had everything we needed. Their warm attitude and genuine care really stood out and made us feel very comfortable throughout the meal. Service like this truly makes a difference — thank you both for making our visit so pleasant!

Joyce provided us with great service during our lunch and Zyaira also recommended us with patience the different buffets menu seasonal tastes offer. Great services especially for our first visit here. Thank you all.

The Westin Singapore is a wonderful hotel with fabulous service and excellent staff. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating and very kind to share information about the area while we spent three days here pre-cruise. The restaurant where we had breakfast was plentiful with choices from different cultural options. Again the staff was very welcoming and made us feel special as Bonvoy gold members.

We love the Westin hotel because of the incredible heavenly bedding, pillows, and included amenities, and Westin is our first choice when traveling. The Singapore Westin did not disappoint.

Thank you to all of the wonderful staff members who took such good care of us during our three day stay. We hope to see you again soon.

The buffet was overall satisfying however the service was splendid. Zyaira and Bryan is patient and friendly. Love the vibes there too.

The Westin hotel was wonderful. It’s a great location, has oversized hotel rooms, beautiful pool, great spa and wonderful club lounge. The food and staff at the club lounge was amazing and so was the spa. Simi gives an incredible massage and we loved the club lounge team: Ben, Cora, Sherrian, Gabby & Lina for the best service.

This is a belated acknowledgement of the most wonderful stay we had at the Westin Singapore. One member of our travelling party had significant mobility problems and the team at the Westin were so helpful, caring and kind in making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel organised a mobility scooter for us, delivered it directly to the hotel, and it was waiting for us when we arrived. The accessible room was fantastic, and all the facilities, such as the awesome pool, were easy to access.
All the hotel staff were tremendous - particular thanks to the Concierge team, including Mohammed and Zentary, for assisting us with transport and ensuring the drivers took good care of us. And, gratitude also to the compassionate executive lounge team, including Chef Ng, Cora, Sherrain, Saige, Wynne, Lina, Gwynneth and Ben. (I am sure I have forgotten some staff - sorry!)
The hotel is very well located, near shops, food courts, and outdoor markets. For those with mobility challenges, all footpaths near the hotel are flat, well-maintained, and have easy-to-use ramps.

If you want a hotel that is comfortable, I cannot recommend this hotel more. Of course, the beds are always amazing at every Westin, but everything else is top notch at a reasonable price. The lounge is great with amazing service from all the staff. The pool is very insta worthy with plenty of loungers. The location is in the financial district but only a 10 minute walk from Marina Bay. We like to walk so we never took transit but transit is very easy to access in 3-5 minutes and of course you can always get a Grab ride. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel surprised me with a beautiful birthday celebration and a lovely cake — such a thoughtful gesture that made the day unforgettable. These memories will stay with me for a long time, and I hope to celebrate future moments here again with friends and family.

The room was spacious, bright, and perfect for relaxation. The location is excellent, close to MBS and the CBD, easy to get around, yet still peaceful. I love how quiet and calming the room felt — the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and enjoy a wellness getaway in the city.

The wellness activities like yoga and sound bath were amazing, and I hope to join more of the hotel’s events next time.
The sweet room, the spa, and the whole experience were absolutely wonderful — so peaceful and so worth it. 🤍✨
