Don't even consider staying here!
Pros:

Location was the only thing we liked.

Cons:

Both the room and common areas were not clean.
The furniture was torn and very old.
Half the lights didn't work, including the one over the bathroom sink.
The towels were threadbare.
The shower curtain was in need of laundering or replacing.
In short, it was a horrible place and should be removed from your website.

Clean enough place to crash for a night
Pros:

Easy access to all main roads. Close to grocery stores, gas stations, etc. About 10-15 minutes north of the Little League complex. AC unit worked perfectly, and the fridge was great to keep leftover sandwiches and salads cold.

Cons:

Had a room with 2 beds (didn’t need one), but there were no pillowcases on the one bed and it was late at night so didn’t want to bother the front desk. Overall linens of poor quality. Black Alarm clock by bed overly / visibly dusty.

Bad experience with a manage/owner who does not seem to care about his guests.
Cons:

We reserved King rooms three weeks in advance. We were given two double rooms when we arrived and told that the hotel was booked. Throughout the two nights, we saw no more than seven to eight vehicles in the hotel parking lot. It was not full. Additionally, in room 219, the cold water in the shower was nonfunctional, providing no water pressure. Also TV did not work. Also, 219 appears to be undergoing some kind of renovation, as some appliances in the kitchenette were missing and bare electrical wires were hanging out of the wall. Room 218, the AC did not work. I asked the manager for some kind of concession on the daily rate due to smaller rooms and non functioning equipment. He declined stating we already checked out. I challenged him go check the rooms today, he declined.

Luckily it was just a short overnight en route.
Pros:

Location convenience.

Cons:

Was it because I booked through Booking.com? Hotel was half empty but I was put in an out of teh way room with tiny windows. Very tired furnishings and facility.
