A comfortable place to rest and recover away from home.
Pros:

Extremely safe secure uber clean premises. Extremely comfortable room. The beds are super comfortable with choice of four type of pillow styles. Starbucks in the hallway. Only complaint is that they do not have shuttle service in Houston. Otherwise I will always choose Marriott over a Hilton. Non paid advice.

I have stayed here before and had a good experience I’m sure this is a one off situation. Hopefully.

The aesthetic is nice .

Cons:

Towels had hairs on them. WiFi was down. Shower head seemed to be clogged and the shower vent wasn’t working so the room was just a bit muggy and humid .

Amazing!
Pros:

The hotel staff were amazing. They were understanding and accommodating. Special thanks to Everett, Nicole, Shawn and Christian. They all went above and beyond. From helping me find things to do with the children, to making my stay comfortable and making sure my needs were met. I would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

The location was perfect, staff was very helpful. We had issues with the heat. Reported our issue to the front desk and maintenance was prompt and made adjustments. Unfortunately the adjustments were temporary so they happily moved us to another room right across the hall. We will stay their again.

Cons:

The staff was horrible we called and asked for tolerance paper and the front desk lady told me she wasnt bringing it and hung up on me. I called back and she kept hanging up on me three times. Rude and unprofessional never will stay again.

Convenient location-near restaurants and stores

Cons:

It was noisy because it was near the highway
I booked it purposely because it had a hot tub, but it was not working.
Booking.com said parking was free, but I received a bill for parking. (They did credit me however when I called them) But I still would have been charged if I had not noticed)
The bathroom door kept trying to shut when it was open.
No breakfast included
