La ventana de la habitación no cerraba bien. Me refiero al ajuste. Se colaba el aire.

The room. It was too small. The bed really uncomfortable and noisy. I got cold sleeping and there was nothing extra to use in the room

Personal de la recepción. Poco preparados, poco claros, se veía desorden en la información, como que estaban preparados para lo básico. Pero ante cualquier cambio, colapsaban.se notaba el caos y nerviosismo.
