Cons:

Mucho ruido ambiente en la noche y la mañana (música, conversaciones, aspiradora, etc) , al parecer las habitaciones no son insonorizadas como se publica. Falta un extractor de aire eléctrico en el baño.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente y la seguridad en el entorno brinda tranquilidad a quienes vamos de visita. A si vez el confort de las camas y la limpieza de la línea blanca es de destacar.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no disponen de Frigobar, lo que realmente es, para nosotros, relevante sobre todo con los veranos calurosos de Santiago. Este hecho hace que no volveríamos al establecimiento.
