Ugodan i uredan hotel na savršenoj lokaciji s jako ljubaznim i susretljivim osobljem.
Pros:

Lokacija je izvrsna. Osoblje je bilo jako ljubazno doručak je bio bogat i raznolik. U svakom slučaju vrlo pozitivno iskustvo i već sam drugi put u ovom hotelu i vratiti ću se opet.

Cons:

Pročelje zgrade je obnovljeno, a iako su sobe bile vrlo uredne i čiste, moglo bi krenuti u modernizaciju.

Objekt je bio vrlo ugodan i lijep, lokacija izuzetna i vjerojatno naj u Osijeku. Osoblje svi odlicni. Hotel ima jako veliki potencijal i najbolju lokaciju u Osijeku i predivno graden u nutra, bilo bi bomba da se to renovira sve i osvjezi.

Friendly, hospitable classic hotel.
Pros:

What a very hospitable hotel this was, with a warm welcome at reception along with plenty of advice about what to visit and places to eat. The classic high ceiling room was clean and comfortable, with good WiFi. Good breakfast buffet was included too, with fried eggs cooked to order to go alongside a range of sweet and savoury choices. Good location near to the riverside promenade and about a 20 minute straightforward walk from the railway station.
At the time of staying, there was scaffolding across the front of the hotel for facade renovation but that wasn’t a negative for us, the functioning of the room wasn’t affected.

Osoblje je iznimno ljubazno, profesionalno i uvijek spremno pomoći, što je ostavilo jako dobar dojam već pri dolasku. Posebno bih pohvalila njihovu susretljivost i toplinu u komunikaciji.
