Pas de climatisation , et la promiscuité des chambres…

La chambre et le spa
Le personnel n’est pas accueillant et à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles lorsqu’on demande une place dans le parking on nous rétorque que notre typologie de chambre ne nous permet pas d’avoir une place dans le parking souterrain de l’hôtel. Est ce une caméra cachée ? En payant 323€ une chambre il nous semble que la réponse est déplacée…et inadaptée de plus en arrivant à 14h30 nous avions l’air de déranger on nous a proposé de boire quelquechose ; lorsque nous avons demandé un simple café on nous a encore répondu de descendre aller le chercher au niveau 0 restaurant…pas de service 4 étoiles est ce au client d’aller chercher son café ? Nous ne le croyons pas.

Che si sentiva fortemente nelle stanze e nel giardino delle terme ,
Poco personale nelle terme per pulizia e nessuno che asciugava i lettini dopo un po’ di pioggia ,
La Sala ristorante la stessa della sala colazione un po’ povera e poci elegante.
Le terme proprio piccole rispetto ad altre QC TERME non le ho trovate all’altezza
Poca attenzione al cliente .

la spa è intima e ha molte stanze per rilassarsi e saune peccato magari per il rumore delle auto che passano ma per il resto bellissima esperienza

Il costo della camera non comprende i servizi SPA che vengono forniti ad un prezzo di 54 euro a persona. Nonostante la posizione panoramica, la strada che passa sotto l'hotel è molto rumorosa e non è possibile dormire con le finestre aperte
