Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de housse de couette, carrément pas hygiénique et au prix de la nuit, c’est un comble

Struttura quasi perfetta
Pros:

Mi ha fatto molto piacere trovare la camera ristrutturata rispetto alla volta precedente.

Cons:

E' la terza volta che quando prenoto (1 mese circa dalla data di arrivo in hotel) e chiamo subito la struttura, non trovo mai posto per poter effettuare un massaggio. Secondo me, essendo un hotel che viene scelto per il relax, c'è bisogno di più personale. Ho dovuto prenotare i massaggi in un'altra struttura per ben due giorni.

Pros:

Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo, personale non disponibile, struttura fatiscente muri scrostati ovunque, camere fredde, spa con pochi lettini non si trovava mai posto, bicchieri di carta in giro per la spa, manutentori che che giravano per la spa con scarpe antinfortunistiche , vi lasci pensare all’igiene . Cena al ristorante abbiamo chiesto oltre a quanto ordinato due insalate, risposta del metre: no lo chef non prepara le insalate…. Skiroom per gli sci non disponibile, camere non insonorizzate, nel bagno ove non ci sono finestre non c’è nemmeno una ventola di aspirazione.

Gli italiani vanno in vacanza all'estero. Chissà perché

L'hotel è bello e la camera ha una bella vista.
La SPA dell'Hotel non è niente male. Per carità, molto bella.

Cons:

Il costo assurdo e neanche mi hanno fatto mettere la macchina in garage perché non avevo la suite. Alla faccia... 500 Euro a notte in due. No comment.

Mi aspettavo l'accesso anche alle altre terme che però non era incluso. Facevo affidamento su quello.

Rispetto al passato, il servizio qualità e freschezza anche del cibo è deteriorato molto.
