L'hotel è bello e la camera ha una bella vista.
La SPA dell'Hotel non è niente male. Per carità, molto bella.

Cons:

Il costo assurdo e neanche mi hanno fatto mettere la macchina in garage perché non avevo la suite. Alla faccia... 500 Euro a notte in due. No comment.

Mi aspettavo l'accesso anche alle altre terme che però non era incluso. Facevo affidamento su quello.

Rispetto al passato, il servizio qualità e freschezza anche del cibo è deteriorato molto.

Esperienza fantastica! Hotel molto pulito, staff accogliente e sempre sorridente. La spa è meravigliosa, perfetta per rilassarsi completamente. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente

Tutto molto nella media; colazione con tanta varietà, personale gentile.

Decisamente sopravvalutato. Non vale il prezzo che si paga.
La SPA è aperta ad esterni e quindi il giovedì pomeriggio c'era un sacco di gente non si trovava un posto in piscina o in sauna dove stare; persone che parlavano come se stessero al mercato con nessuno che controllava o invitava al silenzio o a tenere la voce bassa in un posto e in un momento che deve essere di relax
Sempre nella SPA un solo punto "ristoro" con due bocce di acqua e 1 di tisana; non un frutto non una possibilità di farsi un te magari seduto in una zona relax... I 2 igloo esterni che dovevano essere zona relax.. FREDDI!
Aperitivo in SPA: la seconda sera il locale era freddo e abbiamo aspettato 20 min prima che arrivasse un cameriere (che stava già lavorando al ristorante ma erano le 18,30... pieno orario aperitivo..)
SPA decisamente da rivedere!!
Passiamo alla camera: piccola ma pulita e confortevole. Ci siamo fermati 2 giorni e per 2 sere ho dovuto chiamare la reception per FARMI ATTIVARE I TERMOSIFONI!! Mai successo una cosa del genere!
Ristorante carino piatti buoni personale gentile.
