Bueno Colombo Hotel

Breakfast, the staff must serves well. Not quick enough to replace or refill tea pot or coffee pot.
This condition must be improved

Walk distance to two small temples if you have nerves to walk by the highway. Quite dull area, no restaurants around. No sunbeds around the pool. Staff did not speak too good English. Cleaning worked well.

Rooms not very well maintained, bathroom towels & bath mat not clean. Breakfast was okay, but not good for evening meal.

スタッフの応対はフレンドリーで感じがいいのだが、宿泊部屋と同じフロア全室がグループ旅行客が占有しており、共有廊下でたむろして大声で会話、頻繁に大きなノック音（間違えて何度か自分の部屋もノックされた...)廊下ではウールカーペット上でタバコも吸っている。この状態は彼らが滞在している間はずっと、朝は６時から夜は１１時過ぎまで続いた。フロントに状況説明、ルームチェンジを要求するも、満室との回答、スタッフ側からこの宿泊客達に通達した形跡はなく、以前カーペット上で喫煙しながら大はしゃぎ....世界遺産のプランバナン近郊、海外からの宿泊客もおおいはず、お国柄ではすませられないですよね。スタッフみんな好印象でサービスマインドはありそうですが、ホテルなんですから、本来のサービスは安全からでしょ。小火でも起こしたらどうする？問題外です。
ちなみに室内は綺麗ですが、建物は老朽化してます。プール、朝食ともに↓です。

We were not looking for anything fancy. Just convenient. So we chose this place as the cheapest option near the airport. Wow! We were so surprised at what we got for our money! Great place!

We arrived at the hotel and decided to have lunch as we were famished but were met with dry, bland food which had clearly seen better days. Every time we asked the hotel staff for help they did little to help us, saying we could get two buses to town but not explaining which buses or where to catch the bus from. They also failed to book ballet tickets for us after promising to do so.

The breakfast was catered to locals and although it can be nice to try local food I didn't enjoy this experience for breakfast and there were no alternative options. We were also woken on this morning by fellow guests screaming in the corridors from around 5am which was not appreciated.

On the second night we had a cockroach drop from the ceiling in the bathroom and they couldn't understand our problem so didn't do much to help.

The hotel was far from everything and ran out of food on our second night so we were unable to order anything.

Service at the reception was really good.Extremely friendly and helpful. For those wanting to get to the airport early/on time, it's a great location to be as it takes less than 20 minutes to get there.

Friendly receiving Hotel staff always trying to meet my needs and offering some extra free service like transport to the airport.

Front Desk manage to arrange for airport transfer early in the morning due to our early flight.

Tidak susah saya mendapatkan hotel ini, meskipun belum tahu di mana persis alamatnya. Ternyata tepat berada di poros jalan Jogja - Solo, di KM 14.

Dan yang paling membuat saya senang, karena anak-anak saya suka banget. Mereka senang dengan semua suasananya, mereka merasa dimanja. Mereka senang dengan kolam renangnya. Dan sarapan sesuka-sukanya.

Sebagai orangtua, saya bahagia, karena liburan anak saya dapat ditutup dengan ceria di Colombo Hotel.
