Já fiquei neste hotel anos atrás. Dá pena de ver o estado que ficou o hotel - tanto na estrutura como no atendimento. Estética comprometida, sujeira, péssima impressão.

Hotel simples, com água e café gratuitos 24h, mas com falhas ocasionais na limpeza.

Um ponto muito positivo do hotel é a disponibilidade gratuita de água (gelada e natural) e café na recepção 24 horas por dia. Esse tipo de cortesia faz muita diferença para os hóspedes e demonstra atenção aos detalhes.

Cons:

O hotel é simples, o que já era esperado e não chega a ser um problema. No geral, o serviço de limpeza foi satisfatório na maior parte dos dias. Porém, em um dia específico, precisei sair do quarto às 12h30 e perguntei à funcionária da limpeza se seria possível pular meu quarto naquele momento e retornar mais tarde. Ela concordou, mas quando voltei ao final do dia o quarto não havia sido limpo e nem mesmo as toalhas que deixei separadas para troca foram substituídas. Foi uma situação pontual, mas que acabou gerando certo incômodo.

Pros:

Localização ótima para quem tem negócios a tratar na UEL, que foi o meu caso (mas não é viável ir a pé). Recepção atenciosa. Bom serviço de quarto.

Cons:

O cardápio do restaurante é muito restrito para quem é vegetariano.
