Apart from everything else it was absolutely amazing
Pros:

It was very clean and quiet…family friendly… love it

Cons:

I think they need to open the bar from about 12 noon instead of 3 pm and extend the time past 10:30 pm …the breakfast menu needs upgrading too much American food and not a wide variety…after 2 days I would not want that..

Pros:

great hotel, bad habbits of some of the staff
Pros:

hotel is nice and most of the staff are very nice and friendly except two ladies from the reception, i do not like when someone is rolling the eyes when you ask something, it's bit of rude and not appropriate for reception staff. that's why my rate for this hotel is 6 and not 8 or 9. room was nice and clean, balcony was perfect. breakfast was very poor. i am not sure if they always serve you breakfast in plate or it was like this because they didn't have much guest in hotel.

Perfect boutique beach getaway with a 4 year old!
Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel, excellent location, courtyard pool, delicious coffee and breakfast, friendly staff. I stayed with my 4 yo granddaughter and it was the place perfect for us. Can’t recommend it highly enough if you are looking for a tranquil beach getaway.

If you come to Negril, YOU HAVE TO STAY AT THIS MAGNIFICENT PLACE!! Rooms super clean super nice, breakfast included and It was lovely..but the best part is the personal working there!! Omg, the best!! So helpful and in all the details! We loved them and we will come back !! THANK YOU!
